How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

I try a couple different brands before that say fast charger but didn't work this one so far it's working great the orange port is for fast charging
Excellent little charger and wow does this thing charge our phones and tablets fast!!! My wife and I both have Samsung Galaxy S8's and even with the Samsung plug in charger it never shows fast charging. However, with this little charger it shows fast charging and fully charges my phone in 20-30 mins. Great little charger, solidly built and the blue glow is nice as it helps you located it in the dark. I'll probably get another one for my kiddos to charge their tablets in the back seat.
I was surprised to get the package. It was worth the price. It was a great shopping experience.It's very practical. I highly recommend it
I had pretty much given up on car chargers because they barely charged my phone, but with my phone now being 2 years old and me not wanting to drop $1000+ on a new phone since mine works fine with the exception of battery drainage, I started looking into portable charging options. After reading reviews on this charger I decided to give it a try and I am so completely happy with it. It fast charges, like for real, I am very impressed. I am using a USB-C 3A cord along with it.
Fast delivery, excellent property
This little charger sure is powerful! It can do fast charging on my iPhone XS Max which is great. If my power is low, I can plug directly into this and by the time I’m home or at the gym, I’ve got full power again. It’s ultra low profile, can charge 2 devices at the same time and doesn’t stick out like most of brands QC chargers do!! Highly recommended
I needed a dual car charger as the kids are always needing their phones charged. I ordered this because the reviews are so good. I have to admit I was expecting just another car charger that claims to be fast charge. I got so much more. Not only is it very fast charging for both devices you are charging but it also is made of metal. It seems to be very well made and very durable. After approximately 2 months of use this charger shows no signs of wear at all. Also this charger is very minimal and low profile. I realize there are many choices out there and cheaper options. Honestly, those options are much slower charging and plastic build that breaks fairly quickly. Do yourself a favor and buy this charger. I know you won't regret it. This brand appreciates their customers and stand behind their great products. I will be ordering more of these for the rest of the cars we have. I give it A++ to the product and the seller. This charger packs a lot of charging power into a tiny shape. When it arrived I was surprised to see it barely stuck out of my trucks cigarette lighter socket. I've purchased a lot of items from Amazon, E-bay amd the like with those items claiming to be metal and in reality just shinny plastic, this is not one of those items.
My phone charges pretty fast on this charger as well, it see it is connected to a turbo charger and charges accordingly. Not as fast as my stock charger in the house but nothing really ever came close to that. It even handles charging two phones at the same time very well.
Overall it is a great compact charger, low profile keeps it from catching thing. Fast charging, and sturdy design. I might have to purchase a few more for my parents as they tend to buy gas station junk.
I was amazed by its size when I received and opened the package. It is very compact with sturdy uni-body aluminum alloy construction. It fitted into the 12V outlet port of my car very well. I used it to charge an iPhone 8 Plus and my wife was streaming live TV with LTE for the entire road trip from LA to Palm Springs. The charger maintained a constant 100% battery level of the phone throughout the entire 3-hr trip. Nice job ! Highly recommended!
Overall, this charger will match wall-plug speeds if you have a phone that supports Qualcomm Fast Charge 3.0. The days of slow car charger performance are over.
If you dont mind the extra few bucks, spend them wisely and get this little guy. Its a well-made beast that I anticipate will last you many reliable years.
Whats not to like!? Made very solid, Feels great in the hand and not cheap feeling at all. Sits in the 12v socket snug but even better it sits in shallow and is not ugly or bulky.
Must say, it charges fast like it claims and i have no worries of anything getting damaged or overheating because of how it is designed. There is a blue LED ring that illuminates around the top of the charger and IMO it sets it off perfectly. If it stays on while your car is off do NOT panic. It would take more then a few nights to drain anything and i have left mine plugged in since the day it arrived. No issues and definitely the best bang for your buck.
I was skeptical about this little charger at first. It just too small to have two quick charge. Well, it works just like they said it would. It charges everything except the iPhone 11 pro max fast. But that is because Apple is limiting what third party chargers can do (bad Apple). It has a very small print. Compared to my others. I got one for each one of the 12 v ports on my Sierra, since who even uses those anymore. I had them for a couple of months and they are still working as hey should. I Highly recommend this charger.
I am very happy with the quality of the material and the fit in my vehicle. it is metal construction, not cheap plastic. It fits tight into the cigarette lighter socket so it doesn't wiggle lose driving down bumpy back roads or when you pull the cord out. there is a blue ring that shows when it is in socket deep enough and making contact. It seats close to the outlet socket, but not so far down in you need a screwdriver or pliers to get it back out like some. Does a great job of keeping the phone and tablet charged. Full disclosure, I was sent a second one free just for providing a review, but I would have purchased a second one anyway for my wife's car. love the fit and the look, well built and would recommend this to anyone looking for a car charger. I recommend
I received the charger in just a couple of days, and am so happy I decided to purchase this one. It appears to be extremely well made and slid into the cigarette lighter with ease. I have only had it for a short time but, so far, it doesn't appear to be sliding out on its own...it's held in tightly. I have yet to do a full charge with it, but the few times I have used it, the phone indicates that it is fast charging and it doesn't take long at all to reach a full charge. There's no doubt that this is a solid charger that should last for years to come. I highly recommend.
Back in the day I purchased an expensive charger for my car. That charger was very low profile and offered 2.4 amps dual charging. My wife and kids all made fun of me for paying so much for a charger, but their large $5 chargers don't last a year. My expensive charger is what the family fights over when jumping around to different cars. The Qualcomm Quick Charge charger I purchased for myself, the charger is the same low profile dual port design that I love. It was 1/2 the cost of my expensive charger noted above. BUT it cranks out as much amps as my devices will take in. This charger is not the bottle neck when it comes to charging. I haven't had it very long but so far I was able to charge 2 iphones (10, and a 8) from 5% to 100% in about 12 minutes. This little guy is a beast!! I have not told the family about this and it will remain hidden in my car, I will let the rest of them keep fighting over the old charger. If you are on the fence, don't be. Just buy this one and you won't regret it. It will provide as much power as your device will accept. I am currently using this for a wireless charging cell phone holder and it works great.
Went on a 2 week road trip where I primarily camped. The USB port in my vehicle barely charges devices (sometimes it actually seems to draw power instead) so I knew I wanted to pick up one of these devices. Chose this product randomly based on the reviews and price. This charger works amazingly! 2 ports for charging two devices. Just between my drives I was able to keep 2 phones charged and my smart watch. It's definitely a quick charge as it works better than some of my blocks at home. It also has a nice metallic feel, seems very sturdy. I haven't tried nor do I have any inclination but I feel like you could chuck it against a wall and it would be fine. It's also very compact, smaller profile than previous car chargers I've had. I bought a second one for the backseat (we have another port there). Will buy a 3rd when I get my second vehicle.
I bought this to replace another charger (different brand) that never quite worked consistently in my car, and happy to report that this (so far) works great. The old charger would keep disconnecting intermittently even though it felt securely plugged in, and I would have to toggle or rotate it just right to get it to work (and sometimes, nothing I did could get it to supply a charge). This one though stays connected the whole time. Build quality is solid, as others have noted. It’s nice and small, but still a tad bigger than the cigarette lighter in my car, so it doesn’t quite sit flush with the receptacle. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but as of now (after about a month of use) I’m happy with the purchase.
I liked it so much I bought another one for my back seat area and I'm going to buy a third for my spouses truck! Saw some questions and I can say the LED is NOT in any way going to drain your car battery if your 12V ports are constantly powered. It would take a year to drain your battery in that manner!!!
This is the best in class for this type of car charger. It is made from all metal and powder coated, not friction welded ABS plastic. If that isn't enough they are laser etched and/or silk-screened with the PN, specs and their 2 Year warranty info along with their website address in case you need to contact them. From a functional standpoint it is important to have a short length plug as most cars seem to have the outlet in a tight console or right in front of the shifter so by the time you plug your cord with it's strain relief you are sticking out 6". Not a problem with this charger as it is nearly flush to the lighter socket. It's a 3A quick charger in both ports and it has backlit receptacles to help you find the connections. The contacts appear to be nickel plated and sprung just right with a good feel and fit, but not sloppy. Hard to imagine ever finding a better designed and/or manufactured car charger than this one. It's obvious that they set out to be the best yet still be competitively priced. I received no incentive to write this review , but I know it sounds like I did. It's just that good. Time will tell, but I'm betting this charger will outlast me.
I bought this charger for being able to quickly charge my phone in the truck. GREAT build quality, it has an aluminum shell, not cheap plastic. The LED ring is a nice subtle blue that doesn't blind you at night, but lets you see quickly and easily to remove/add USB, and it's extremely low-profile and doesn't hang out of the 12v cigar lighter port more than a 1/4 inch or so. When installed, it looks very sleek.
I am very happy with this adapter. It mostly is metal, and it provides the maximum charge your car's cigarette lighter outlet allows, which in most modern (21st Century) cars is between 3.6 to 6.5 output (which depends upon your car), In my 98 vintage Chrysler ti recharges my phone in less than an hour. Newer cars ,may or may not be quicker (I have no idea, but I suppose there have been improvements in the 21st Century cars). It is designed so that it will not overheat or start fires. All I can say is that I've had no problem. I pan to order more for my other cars, which means I am very happy (inasmuch as I do not re-order anything with which I am not satisfied). I am happy with this product, and recommend it for your use, especially if you have a modern phone or other appliance built in this century.
