How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

If you own a Wrangler/Jeep there’s a perfect spot for the holder next to your temp controls. I used the large 3m sticker. It holds up very well (make sure u use the included alcohol wipe first) even off road. Great price, great quality.

Very sturdy!!!!!!!!! I did a permanent install option. 4screws to my dashboard. So far perfect. Hold the phone very well and ordered another one for the other car. Hopefully it last long
This kit provides an inexpensive way to "make" a sturdy cell phone holder for the 2014 RAM Pickup. I searched for car cell phone holders that did not stick on, block air vents, require new screw holes, etc and only saw a few very expensive options. I used an "L" bracket for a shelf I already had in the garage to attach the small adapter from this kit. It easily bolted into the existing so-called coin holder above the radio. It took a little work, but the final product is sturdy and out of the way.

Was planing on bolting this on but figured I would try the adhesion mount that came with it. It is super solid. I can mount and dismount phone with one hand. Mount doesn't flop off the vent while searching for release button. Phone doesn't get stuck in mount. Doesn't block the clock.

This is a fantastic phone holder. I installed this in my work truck directly to the dash as I was growing tired of the suction cups falling off the windshield and the ones falling out of the vent. This also allows you to be able to see your phone without obstructing your view of the road. It holds the phone by using a spring retracted grip which is fairly strong (I have had some pretty rough "terrain" and my phone has never come out). It even has a little clip to hold the charging cable when it is charging. The mount can be rotated left/right/up/down and turned for horizontal or landscape holding. Would HIGHLY recommend.
I mounted with the double stick pads that were included and it is solid on my riding mower and on my tractor. I just move the part that holds the phone from one to the other
I actually bought this to hold my GPS, not a phone. So I had to modify it a bit. But it's very sturdy and well made. You'll be happy with this for your phone applications.
Works great universal fit mounted right to my existing racket
It's holding an iphone 11 pro max on the dash of an old solid-axle pickup truck with no issues. I'm glad a got this because the phone was too big to hang out in the tobacco slot.
Works great in van. Had competitors mount I liked but they only offered a holder for reg and plus sized iphone. I have both and wanted one connector. This has worked great and price is very fair. Was able to mount onto existing connector I had in the van. Dad liked it so much he wants me to order one for them as well.
I have used this mount a few times and have been pleased with it. I wanted a solid mount that didn't utilize an air vent or a suction cup to hold a several hundred dollar phone. This fit my need exactly with no complaints so far. I was skeptical about its ability to hold the phone in a vertical orientation just by the pictures but the reviews were positive and proved to be no problem. It has a strong spring loaded action.
I bought this because my phone is big enough to impede the use of a clutch while driving. I have driven hard over some rough roads, but my phone has never even shifted in the mount. I am rather inpressed!
I bought this to put in my tractor, I used the double sided tape. It securely holds my phone in place. I will be buying again.

Small, strong, versatile. I have used this mount on boats, RV's, and multiple vehicles. I love how it works, and how it looks (with and without a phone).
I bought this phone holder because I wanted to connect my phone to the Garmin base. This worked perfectly for that purpose. The spring loaded holder holds the phone securely.
I slightly modified mine for my jeep which turned out great and it's really sturdy.

I like that this sticks to your car like it’s built in. I don’t like car mounts that’s are suction cup type to your windshield. Or the kind with a cd slot base. I found the perfect one for my Honda Pilot 2011!!! Hopefully it’ll last me a long time.
