How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

After going through several of these that stated they worked for data transfer only to find out they don't I finally stumbled upon this one and it in fact works for data transfer and also supports Android auto. Highly recommended!
I used this to make a wireless charging dock for my razer mamba mouse. I leave the magnetic base permanently affixed to the mouse with some light epoxy, and 3d printed a base that the cord is glued on. The magnet is strong enough to be the only thing keeping my mouse balanced on the dock. The cord itself does a great job charging quickly, so I never worry about running out of juice.

The magnet does disconnect easier than a standard cable, but that was expected and will help save the cable if your phone falls a lot while plugged in.
Fast charging on Samsung note8 and fast data transfer between my laptop and phone. Magnetic strength is good at connection and USB C port connection is snug with insert and removal easy. No connection heating at has been observed during charging or data transfer. Connection and disconnect has been made over 50 times during the past 2 weeks with no issues. Time will tell on durability but so far it's very good.
I needed a quick way to attach the charging cable to my phone in my car. These cables fit the bill! I can get in my car, grab the cable and put it near the bottom of the phone and magnetically attach to get on my way. No hassling searching for the port, holding the phone so it won't pop off the phone holder... Clean and simple, highly recommend.
I needed this because I usbC on my phone was having issues keeping it's connection. This will save it from more damage. So I can now keep my phone for another year.
Would definitely recommend for all charging applications.

These are the best charging cables I've ever used. Conventional cables lasted only a few months, before wearing out, failing to maintain charging, or bending. The led at the connector end is handy, especially at night. Magnetic connection always works connects easily and disconnects when phone is moved, preventing stress on phone and cable. Best thing since sliced bread. Highly recommended.
If you are not already using magnetic coupling phone connectors for power and data you are damaging your phones power/data port and shortening the life of your phone. Using these connectors allows for blindingly fast and effortless connection to and disconnection from power and data cables. I love these things, and this brand of connectors uses very strong magnets which makes for a secure connection.
I use this to tether my Samsung A01 to my Linux box. Internet out here in the country is a bit sketchy. Broadband is non existent. But these cables save wear and tear on my USB C connector. If you plug/unplug your phone a lot (like you don't have Chi on your phone as I do or rather don't) you need one of these. They work great!
This is a great solution to keep your charging port from wearing out. Fast charge works. The magnet is the perfect strength - string enough to hold a Samsung A51 suspended in the air by just the magnet. The actual USB C plug is small enough that it is unobtrusive once installed. Also, this design is superior to the round magnets as it is compatible with most cases because it mirrors the profile of a regular USB C charging cable. Overall, a good value and a nice step between sired charging and wireless charging.
I was a bit worried when buying this product since I saw a lot of one star reviews saying that they didn't even ship the correct receiver. And maybe I just got lucky but the product works exactly how they said it would, it transfers data and has a small receiver.

This device is a fast and convenient way to connect the charging cable. You need only to bring the two terminals near each other and they will snap into place. Makes it easy to make the connection even in the dark. Another benefit is that it almost eliminates wear on the usb port.

The price is great obviously, but the best part is the magnet connector protects your devices from dust and constant wear and tear from plugging and unplugging your cord, plus the magnetic strength is quite sufficient. I got these so I wasn't constantly plugging and unplugging my devices and wearing out the charging ports. I didn't actually expect much from them, but I was pleasantly surprised. These charge my phone and Kindle super fast. And i haven't had any problems with them getting hot or breaking. Really impressed esp considering the price point. Well worth the price
I do UberEats deliveries part-time for walking around money. This makes it easy to jump in and out of the car 16 times every two hours. When you think about it, there are a dozen things to do each transit, THIS I can now do in the dark after the car is rolling with one hand. Love this!

I like the ease of connecting my phone to the charger. Bought 2 so I would have 1 for the car as well. Saves the wear and tear on inserting your charger end into the phone which in my opinion gets debris in it and eventually causes the phone to not charge properly. I would buy this product again.
I love magnet chargers as I always end up eventually breaking the charging port on my phone no matter how careful I am. This prevents that issue. I keep one cord at home and one in the car. I've only had it for about a month so far, so I will update if necessary, but as of now it seems like a good quality product and I'm a satisfied customer
