How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Got this as a gift for my son and he loves it.
I used this for the first time this weekend to make a large batch of pasta and I loved it! I liked that it had both the straight and the crimped edge rollers so I don't have to work with multiple tools. Some of the other dual rollers I saw had reviews saying that the two blades kept hitting each other, but I had no problems with this one. The handle is comfortable to hold, it's easy to clean, and it feels like it will last a long time. I highly recommend it!

So…. I debated between buying this one at its very reasonable price vs one that was made of brass and costed 5 times as much. I had read review after review of just about every brand and offer Amazon had, and most of the reviews were terrible! Things like the roller being wobbly or unable to cut thru pastry or not being sharp enough or durable enough and on and on. I decided to give this one a try before I splurged on the brass one and I am very happy to say that it does everything I hoped it would and does it very well! I picked the right one and you will too if this is the one you choose. Very pleasantly surprised by this cheap little purchase! :)

Excellent value for money
Used about 10 times, looks perfect. Reasonable cost, quality of materials, blade sharpness. An old one was rusty, I tried a plastic one to avoid rust but the blade got damaged with heat.. I hope this one lasts longer!
Best pizza cutter I have ever had! No wobbling wheel, very sturdy and heavy with a sharp wheel that cuts through a pizza like butter! No more struggling and having to cut multiple times to get slices, one cut and boom! Would highly recommend!
This pizza cutter is worth the money, it is made really sturdy, the blade is sharp. I have found with alot of pizza cutters the blade will wobble while your try to cut with it, not this one..this one is very stable. I recommend it!

The blade is extremely sharp. It lies well in the hand, makes a stable impression, not least because of its weight, and rolls easily over pizza or tarte flambée. Easy cleaning in the dishwasher is another plus of this scooter. HIGH BUY RECOMMENDATION...............
THE pizza roller inspires. At first I was a bit irritated and wanted to complain about the part because the round blade had a small dent/nick. The scooter probably took a hit or fell off the table while packing, or, or... I then straightened the dent with the back of a pair of scissors. I was amazed at how light it was and how soft the blade is. I already thought that the blade would be gone after the 3rd pizza, but far from it. You hardly need any strength to divide each pizza and you have to be careful not to cut any grooves in the board. And for anyone who puts a dent in the blade, gently stroking it with the back of a pair of scissors will fix the problem.
Otherwise I always had pizza cutters for around 3€, but they only lasted for a short time and the round knife usually wobbled around quite a bit. They weren't really sharp either. Now I have invested a little more money and I am very satisfied with this pizza cutter! When you first pick it up, you immediately notice that it is slightly heavier and the knife sits tighter (but still has play) in the guide. The same is also sharper than my previous cheap pizza cutters. This makes the pizza cutter easy to use and I successfully mastered my first pizza fights. Now he just has to hold out long enough, after a few months an update will follow and the rating will be changed if necessary, but for now there are 5 stars for the good quality and function.

I haven’t use it myself, but my hubby uses it a lot and thanks me repeatedly for buying this pizza cutter. He hated the old one, the wheel on a handle, and when it broke I found this different design and took a chance even though it was more expensive.
I've had many pizza wheels, and this one is the best! Sharp, fits great in your hand and cleans easily. Buy it!!

I've had countless pizza cutters over the years. This Rösle stainless steel pizza cutter is by far the pinnacle of essential kitchen utensils. Boosting quality, and a elegant design, it effortlessly glides through pizza. I had pizza three nights in a row, just so I could utilize mine.

I own many Rosle items in our kitchen. When it was time to replace a pizza cutter I was happy to find this option made by Rosle. As you would expect, it is heavy duty and very well made. My 17 year old son proclaimed it well performing for its intended purpose. We toss into the dishwasher and it is easily cleaning.

The weight of the handle feels so nice. The blade is slightly smaller than i thought it would be but that is not a big deal. The built quality is amazing. No plastic is used so it is not going to crack or anything.
