My laptop would borderline burn my hand to the touch before I got this fan. I didn’t realize it was only 800 RPMs, however. I would have gotten a different one if I had known that. I would have assumed for $50 the fan speed would be higher than 800 RPMs. I actually might consider returning it because of the RPMs. My laptop is cool as a cucumber now though. My laptops CPU is now maxed out and I don’t have to worry about any components getting fried anymore. The lights are a nice a bonus too. I got the single fan because my laptop was only hot in one section and have it placed on the pad so the hot spot is directly above the fan.
I didn't think it would work but I tried it out. This cooler dropped my Gaming Laptop 12 Degrees Celsius. The lights look great. Nice and Bright. The 200mm Fan is nice and quiet. Thank you!
The best thing about this fan is that it is not noisy. I've had a few others over the years and this is whisper quiet. The other great feature about this fan is that it works for all different kinds of laptops. Apparently I have different vents on each of my laptops - some are just vents at the top half, some require a side vent and others are in the center. This laptop fan works well with all of them. That was not the case with the other models I've used in the past. So be mindful of where your vents are before choosing. (Didn't think of it the first time and had to do a return so I am sharing my experience). Another cool feature is the lights. I usually keep it off but my kids seem to like toggling between the color change mode or the solid electric blue. Great glow.
I was seeing higher than desired temperatures on most of my older external drives. Of course that shortens the life of those drives and increases potential data loss. I was searching for a fan that was large enough and powerful enough to go under all of the drives. (I have 5). This unit is perfect! Large enough to support and cool all 5 of my drives! It drove the temp of my drives down by nearly 10 degrees. A perfect solution! Overall, the unit is really quiet for the size Dan, I really don’t notice it’s running. It allows for several color schemes and I love the rainbow sequence, it fits in with the rest of my system.
When I set it up, I honestly wasn't expected much. However, when I put it to the test it performed well. Playing Call of Duty Vanguard on an MSI GS75 Stealth my GPU would reach temps of 86. With my laptop on the pad playing, my GPU never went over 75.

Packaging and shopping was extremely fast and extremely well packed. I actually bought two of these. My wife and I both have MSI laptops (known for getting hot). Both are fans were to the point were they were on all the time when we were running VR. But after buying two of these coolers the laptop fans have pretty much stayed off unless we were putting extra stress on the laptops. (Which is rare). The noise level is hardly any at all. Because it has one very large fan. It’s extremely quiet and displaces air very well 10/10 recommended
I have been using this product with my dell inspiration 16 2 in 1, and it has proven invaluable when playing higher-level games, like satisfactory. Without this product, my CPU temp would run quite a bit higher. However, with this product, I have been able to observe my CPU temp remaining within a very comfortable range, typically never exceding 70 C.
This thing works extremely well. It’s a massive fan and spins at a low rpm but moves significantly more air than other types using multiple smaller fans. The design is intelligent as it’s forcing the air upward with curved dams in the fan chamber so it doesn’t lose airflow as much as other designs as well. It’s near silent as well due to the low rpm. Just keep in mind just like the name it’s massive. I have it under my asus rog strix se 17” and there’s plenty more room on the pad to accommodate larger machines. I 100% would recommend this for anyone with a 17”+ machine as it’s been wonderful even during stress tests not hitting thermal throttling.
My laptop always overheats even when idling - I owned 3 cooling pads before, and I have to say, I am quite impressed.
I love this thing! I especially like that you can choose any color you want on one of the modes. I chose I really pretty bright purple. So nice and great at cooking as well!
Excellent performance. I have felt that when my room is cold, and it is on my desk, it kind of channels that cold air into my laptop and it really does make a difference.
Excellent. Got this for my Asus ROG Strix Scar 17 and fits it perfectly. RGB and modes that come with it are nice and works well. While gaming laptops do run hot, this does help keep the temperatures a little cooler.
I am not the big fan of RGB Lights so I turn it off but honestly the lights are so nice. Personal choice. Fan speed is so awesome, noise is acceptable level at max, 60% is perfect. There is a scroll for speed, a toggle for lights options, a toggle for light on/off. It is light but stay stable on the desk but feel light on your lap. one con I think is the power supply cable is USB-A to 9V old school jack. You have to pay attention to not lose the cable. I hope the nex gen is using the USB-C for both. Absolutely recommended.
This is the best performing cooling pad you are going to get. That being said, it is absolutely massive, it is PORTABLE in the sense that you can still carry it around obviously, but it is not going to fit in any regular backpack (I use an ogio renegade). I’d absolutely recommend this however, outstanding performance, and I just bought a second one as a Christmas present for my cousin (who is also my roommate and best friend)
Quite cool product and effective
This laptop cooler is very quiet. Even at max fan speed its quieter than my default laptop fans, and usually prevents them from ever turning on unless I'm gaming.
I am extremely happy with my choice of which one to get. The most important things were these items and it passed all of them: Comfortable on lap (I work with my computer on my lap), quiet, can turn light off (I don't like lights flashing while I work and it has the option to stop them completely), cools my computer fast
I've had this cooling pad for a while now, and I've not had any problems. It looks really great on my desk, the quality is good, and it's powerful. I am definitely impressed and would recommend it.
This product works great with my computer. I love it. Cools laptop down. I highly recommend this to everyone. I wanted to add a bonus feature are the lights. There are many settings and I enjoy the ambiance it gives. It puts me in a good mood.
I don’t use the RGB much for me it’s more about performance rather than appearance and so far it has not by oven me any issues and it’s doing it’s job .
Cools my Alienware m15 down to the mid/high 70's while gaming. I run it undervolted and with a custom fan profile, but this still helped me knock it down, on average, about 5-6 degrees(C) which is better than any other cooling stand/device I've tried to date.... And i've tried at least 6 different stands now.
This is an Amazingly built cooling pad! Virtually silent and cool lighting effect! The only downfall is that it's ENORMOUS!!!! I have a 17.3" laptop and it's about an inch bigger on all sides when the laptop's placed on it. It won't fit into a normal 17.3" laptop bag!!! I'll never have to worry about my laptop overheating though!!!
It does the job! At first I was a little worried it wasn't moving enough air, but I think the size of the fan makes up for it. It's very quiet. The only ding I have is the number of USB slots it takes. My beautiful MSI GE75 Raider is RGB, and so is my Razer Cynosa keyboard. This is a vivid addition to a brightly-obnoxious family! (And I have friends that are sooo scandalized by my love of RGB! Shiny shiny!)
Great cooler for decent price. One massive fan cooled an overheating laptop way down. Sturdy quality built to handle large laptops but somewhat on heavy side. If using for large laptop, better used on a desk than lap. Would buy again. Takes up two usb ports on your computer but fan has worked(slower speed) with just one plugged in.
Overall I am definitely happy with my purchase.
It works fine with just one on mine, but both USB plugs are tethered together so I use them both. Good buy, would recommend.
Definitely recommend this for gaming laptops. Fan is decently quiet. Does make noise but not as much. But it does a great job keeping the laptop cool.
This thing is great. It looks awesome & is fairly quite. (About as loud as a normal desktop PC running on idle) It's also powered by your laptop's USB so there is no need for an extra AC adapter.

Wow!!! I have an older computer that my grandson uses to play minecraft. It kept overheating and while the rest of us were playing, he had to let the computer cool down. I bought this thinking that if it didn't work, I could send it back. It works better than I ever thought it could. The computer hasn't overheated once even when we have a large session with his brother and cousin.

Little bigger than I expected but overall it does what it’s meant to do and the lights are really good and bright just wish the transition of colors was a little smoother
My laptop gets a bit loud and hot during idle so adding this removed the sound and heat. Even the max speed of this cooler isn’t really audible unless you’re trying to listen for it. This also lets me gaming for a bit longer than usual and having it on an angle let’s the cold air run down to my hands so they aren’t sweating while gaming
