How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I'm happy with my purchase and everyone in the family gets one for their car. However, having opened one to inspect it, this is definitely a tool you should familiarize yourself with before you need it. Nothing complicated, but in an emergency, you can't be consulting the instruction sheet. As the directions state, the safety clip is nearly impossible to pull out if you haven't preattached the keyring or the cable tie. So buy these, open them, "assemble" them, and know exactly how to use them in case of an emergency. I would have failed miserably at both breaking the window and cutting the seatbelt.
Great tool to have handy on the patrol gun belt. I also attach one to the rear view mirror of my patrol vehicle, jump bag and patrol bag.
Sad but true. You don't know when you'll need this. Person called in- was on the phone when she couldn't escape. This is your tie between life and d. Fits nicely on all our key rings. Too many videos proving it does what it says. Worth it for our peace of mind. Carry in your car, on your keys, somewhere you'll be able to reach it in a dire minute. Great quality construction.

We got one for each of our cars and then bought one for each member of our family. This is a tool I would not have thought of before, but with more flooding and living near water, it makes sense to have one. You may never need it, but we’ll worth the money to have it on hand.

This is an excellent tool to have in an emergency. I keep one in all my vehicles and give to my friends.

Do yourself and loved ones a favor. Buy one for each door per vehicle. It is cheap life insurance.
These little gems may one day save your life. Every car should have one at each door. They come with a zip tie. I punctured a hole on the side pockets of the doors in my cars and attached the RESQME using the zip tie on the inside of the pocket.
I bought 2 bulk packs of these for adult stocking stuffers. They were a great idea! I would recommend watching the you tube videos on using these.

I bought these for my husband and I. He commutes and thought it would be good for him to have it in his car. It’s seems like a good product. I have not used them for what it’s for and I pray that him or I don’t ever have too. Would recommend.
I had always wanted one of these, so I ordered three for my children and me. They were in the backseat still in the package when my old Audi that I keep for kayaking had an electrical malfunction where the key fob would not open the doors. I felt secure that I would be able to get out of my car; however, I was able to get the doors opened before I had to resort to using this. But having it in my console gives me a sense of security. I am going to be car camping, so I imagine it will come in handy for other things. The color is bright to make it easy to find. It has a nice grip and seems sturdy. I hope I never have to use it in an emergency. Great gift idea.
Had this in my truck when an SUV rolled in front of me. I approached the vehicle and it's occupants were panicked. The rear doors had the child locks activated and the battery had become dislodged. I lighty tapped the bottom corner of the window. It popped immediately. I had a family member drown in a car that went into a canal. All my loved ones have been gifted one from me. Highly recommend, and it's very simple to use. Some training is required for the other glass breaks that are spring loaded.

This is intended for a very job specific task. It comes with its own holster and attaches to your sun visor, with an attached elastic strap. You hope you won't ever need it, but it gives you the peace of mind, in case you do.
This was a product that I bought for just in case like I assume everyone does. I bought two of these for my wife and myself and my wife actually had to use it. There was an accident that she witnessed where a lady hit a fence and ended up being trapped, people rushed over to try and help her get out hitting the window with anything they could get their hands on but nothing worked. My wife remembered she had this in her car and rushed to grab it and it was able to break the driver side window open and helped free the lady and her child in the back seat. Like I said you never know when you'll need something. It's better to have it and never use it, than to need it and not have it.
I loved how I was able to attach this to my visor and forget it.... it didn’t bother my line of vision or headspace. I brought two! One for my side and the passenger side!!! Extremely easy to take out yet fits snug and securely !

I bought these after watching a video on YouTube on escaping from a car. We've hung 2 on the front sun visors and 2 on the handles above the back doors. Hopefully we will never have to use them, but I feel safer knowing they are within reach if needed
