How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
They adgust well, and now my dogs are calmer and better at waiting for me to walk; instead of pulling me.

This is my 3rd Bolux harness I use on my 90 lb black lab /Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. The orange is a great vivid color for the outdoors and in the woods. Strong and durable. Highly recommend.
The medium size fits my Cavalier perfectly although she is large for her breed. This is my second purchase. Fits great, is super easy to put on and is well very well made. I even bought one for my friends dog as a gift.
I have a shih tzu dog.....this is the harness I have been looking for a very long time.......mainly it DOES NOT CHOKE HER. It fits great. I bought the chest size ....she has a deep chest. I would buy it again. Love it.
Perfect for our little Rat Terrier mix. This is super easy to put on/take off. I would never walk my dog off her collar ( well she has such a tiny head and the collar would just pull off for one reason😁) because I don’t want to damage her neck muscles. This is the perfect answer. I also love the pink color!!
I bought this to replace the overly expensive brand with a very similar design. I would never have paid the price of the expensive brand, but they were a gift. They lasted maybe six months on my dogs. Liked the design though and so decided to try a different brand. This was priced right and had the convenience of the design I like. Only difference was this only has one ring to clip a leash two, while the other brand had three, I’m convinced they needed three so that when one broke, you needed another to clip to. The one ring here holds up well. The harnesses have lasted a few years. We did pop one ring but that was a freak incident and in no way the fault of the manufacturer. Had a spare after saying goodbye to my other dog and that has held up wonderfully. These harnesses are really convenient to put on. The dogs seem perfectly comfortable wearing them. It’s just a really good buy.
Good quality… I recommend
Have 2 dogs and have tried other brands. This was by far the best quality no pull harness I have found. The only negative is I wish they had a pure hot pink as the pink they have is very muted. But that's just a preference and not worthy of removing a star. Don't hesitate. Spend the few extra dollars to know your dogs are safe and comfortable
We have purchased these harnesses in the past for our older dogs. Purchased 2 more for our new pups. We use these on Golden Retrievers as well as German Shepherds. They are sturdy & very durable. Secure- have never had a dog get out of one- we have 6. Adjust easily with Velcro straps so they "grow with" the pups. Seem very comfortable for the dogs as our guys run & play in them. Would highly recommend them.
This harness isnt for training or controlling the dog, it was merely for him to wear his retired badge on it. It's small, light weight, and he doesn't even know its on. He is a 90lb german shepard.

I liked that the product had a handle in the middle of the top on my dog's back. Also, once adjusted it is an easy on and easy off; just unbuckle and slide it over the head.
This is the 3rd dog harness I bought for my puppy within less than 3 months. Finally I got a right one from Bolux for my Shiba puppy who is almost 5 months old.

I bought this for my new puppy and I love it! I love that it's not a step-through harness. I just slip her head through it and buckle the strap around her chest. I also love the little handle which makes it easy to pick her up. I will continue to buy this same one as the puppy grows and needs a larger size.

I have a Great Dane. I was having a hard time finding a harness that fit comfortably- if one fit around the neck and shoulders it would be quite snug around the chest and if it fit around the chest it would be way too big around the neck and shoulders. This one is perfect because I can adjust how it fits him around the shoulders easily. I also love how quickly and easily it goes on! In the past month I’ve purchased 5 different types of harnesses and didn’t end up using any of them. I like that my Gunnar seems very comfortable in it when he is laying down too. Great for comfort easy to get on and very adjustable for differently built dogs.

Ordered this for my Doberman to wear while we trail ride thru the woods. It's lightweight and didn't rub him at all and he ran a lot. It's bright and has a reflective strip. I wouldn't really use this harness to connect the leash to. It seems like it wouldn't hold up to much pulling. Works perfect for what I need it for. My Doberman is 93 pounds and the XL fits perfect.

20 lbs golden doodle perfect, easy to put on and take off but does not slip off with tugging. At 27 lbs moving up to a medium but small still does the job.
