How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I am vegan so I have to chop slice and cut alot of veggies and I hate that I didnt buy this sooner! Cuts my prep time by more than half! Very good quality sharp blades and easy to clean with provided brush.
So don't be a me! Watch yourself during all handling of this awesome product! I found the blades cut right through a medium Idaho potatoes like butter..it also cuts through human fingers too..lol..I was putting blades away and slipped..thankfully no stitches needed though it cut to the bone..I recommend this too anyone who isn't accident prone, its so worth it!
I love my Kitchen Aid food processor for making larger batches of foods. But this is perfect when you just want to put together something as small as a salad. It's just the 2 of us, no need for anything else. You will love it!! My daughter told me about it, she loves it and uses it all the time for her family meals.

It is super easy to use. Cuts down the time I spend on prep days like crazy. The blades are sharp though. It comes with the uncuttable gloves so that helps. Getting in all the squares to clean is a pain
I took away one star because it’s not the easiest to clean - but I don’t think it’s only because of this product. I think all of them are a little tricky. But overall - for the price - this system is great! Easy to use, easy to set up, and super sturdy. It’s strong enough to cut through all my fruits & veggies with a strong enough push. It’s definitely cut my meal prep time down by a lot!
For the price, this must have kitchen multi-tool is a real bargain.
This is a very versatile chopper/slicer and, while I use it mainly for chopping, it has come in handy on occasion for julienne slicing of carrots and celery, and for grating cheese, as well as preparation of decorative garnishes.
This one is really solid, cutting through thicker onion slices like butter. There are two grid chopping blades, one for shopping onions, etc. and the other for french fries, egg plant fries, etc. Both blades work equally well. It also has a huge collection bin (about 3 cups) so I don't have to keep emptying it. The bin slides out of the base like a drawer. Very convenient to empty and clean. The blades are really heavy duty and sharp.
It works great just be careful the blades are extremely sharp.
My daughter bought herself one so I bought one for me and sent one to my mom in Florida. The my son who’s I. Illinois was complaining about chopping veggies so I ended up getting one for them in Illinois

This is the best thing I’ve bought in a long time, and it’s “just” a small kitchen appliance. I follow a low carb lifestyle and this just simplified it times 1000. The other night I went to make my fried radishes and decided to use the small diced attachment and they came out of the air fryer like those shoe string chips you buy, so good! On taco Tuesday it was so easy to dice up some tomatoes for my tostada, just make sure you do it fast!. And for when I’m feeling snacky, I just grab an English cucumber and use the mandolin slicer and slice it up, sprinkle some ranch seasoning on them and voila.
OMG! Unbelievable how quickly I can use this and have my veggies all chopped and sliced exactly how I need them.
You have to be gentle with it but is saves a lot of labor.
I absolutely love this chopper/slicer/grater!! Very sharp. Do wear the glove. (I did not my first time and paid dearly for it!). It sliced up a potato so fast I didn’t realize I was that close to the blade
This chopper is amazing. All the bad reviews are due to user error. Read the instructions and don’t overload the chopper and you won’t have any problems. Also skip the dishwasher if you want it to last.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this worked. I’ve bought other similar products that were cheap and did not live up to their description. So far this one has exceeded our expectations.
