How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
VERY easy to put on, very comfy!! He is just slightly too small in it at 8 months old, but still good and I have no doubt he will grow into. There is plenty of room to adjust it larger should he become a giant cat one day
My cat at five months hated a reg collar or harness this product he sits while you put it on no trouble he really likes it
I have a boy kitty who was born without a tail. Some of the nerves on his back end never developed properly. This means he doesn’t always know his backside is, um, not clean. That means he sometimes needs a bath. If you’ve ever given a cat a bath, you deserve a gold medal. This cat harness with the perfectly placed handle on the back make washing his backside SO much easier.
The quality of the harness is excellent. The mesh keeps it breathable for her, and the solid leash buckles and plastic clips make it much a better design. Overall, it fits her well and is excellent for cat owners looking for a reliable harness.
I've run into two issues looking for a cat harness; it's large and doesn't work well. With this manufacturer, they have smaller harnesses, and because of the smaller size, my cat is less likely to escape. However, there have been a few instances of her escaping, but much less of an issue because of the better sizing. With this harness, I haven't run into problems yet.
This is easy to put on and is secure on my small kitty. She doesn’t like to wear anything so it was tricky getting her to put it on. Once on it seemed to calm her as she wasn’t sure what it was. I can say she was happy to get it off too. Makes me feel good knowing that when I need to travel with her she won’t get away. The harness is well make and I like the reflective strips on the sides.
It's sturdy and the material allows air to flow well. Nice product.
I bought this cat harness for my cat so he can get some exercise and it was really easy to put on. Mainly because he can't run away. I can now take him out to graze lol
I love it to take the cat out. She does good on it. Of course she rather not have it on but it keeps her safe.
Love this harness from all the others I had for my kitty. My cat tried to run away a couple of times and this has a nice sturdy feel. U dnt have to worry abt your pet since the actual harness is made of good padding.

Works great. Long lead. Easily adjustable. Should come with instructions but it's also common sense when you look at the picture.
This is a very good product, I can control my pet easier during his grooming. I do not have to work as hard. This is also a good walking harness for my cat.
Only thing that would make this better is a little longer leash, but overall its great!!
Works perfectly for all my cats only 2 of them it does not but that’s not the harness that’s one is a tad bit under the weight limit and one is a tad bit over the weight limit but for all of them within the weights it gives it works perfectly
this harness is so great! I have a small poodle, and it has always been hard to find her the right harness. I especially like the cord that adjusts the tightness. The ones I used to have has a clip on the cord and it always clips my dogs hair and she doesn't like that. So this harness is a perfect fit for her! Love it!
Simple, easy to use. ADORABLE! Seems to be a perfect 1st harness, or starter for our precious little 7 wk old rescue. Hes still tiny, and the clasp has to be fully tightened town the leads, and he still has a little room, but he walks comfortably, and was easily redirected to a toy away from the hardess the first try. I got it pretty quick too. 5 stars for the price.
We recently moved to a new place and our cat was “forced” to become an indoor cat when he used to spend most of his days outdoors. So he’s been itching to go outside for awhile but we were worried that he can’t find his way home lol. But the leash solved the problem, we now walk him everyday and he adapted to it pretty fast. We like the adjustable feature too since out cat’s pretty big size and still fitted perfectly!

Previously I had a thicker chest but I noticed that my cat had trouble walking, she looked very uncomfortable. With this harness she walks without problems and also jumps without being bothered.

My cat has an etube , this doesn’t bother it. We did some harness training when she was a kitten, but not in years. This is maybe the 5th trip out since getting this. It’s so much better than other harnesses I’ve used. I have another leash attached to give a little more leeway.
All five stars!!! I have a puppy cat! He loves walks and the beach, he has been able to slip out of every harness EXCEPT this one. Even with the rolls and flips he can’t get out :) it’s perfect. Also love the stretchy leash, when he wants to run and check something out he can. :) no pull
I was happy it worked well didn't hinder our cat
We first tried this harness with our big maine coon who really wanted to go outside. He did really well so we decided to try one on our little tabby girl. Now, she can weasel her way out of any harness and we have tried probably 5 other kinds included a dog harness that she couldn’t get out of but was clearly not comfortable in. I put this harness on her and she walked down the street like she’d been doing it on a leash her whole life. We did get retractable leads for our cats because we wanted to give them more space to explore. I love that this doesn’t pull on their necks.
I personally love this vest and to all those questioning whether to buy one, do keep in mind some cats will be hesitant/ will just lay on the floor and not walk, do not think the product is defective it may just be your cat like mine, though I still love the vest and leash.

This harness has been very helpful for me, since my cat is an indoors cat and he only goes out if I'm next to him. It is the only harness he will walk comfortably with and it makes him look even more cute
