How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This will be my 5th mount to purchase. I've given some away as family likes the way they sit and how easy it is to setup and the ease of placing your phone in the holder and the phone is then clamped in. Highly recommend this particular brand iottie. I believe it would help those who have hand issues due to the amount of squeezing it takes to release the phone.
I own an iPhone 13 Pro Max and trying to find a car phone holder that also charges has been a struggle. Until now. This charging car mount surprised me. It charges and securely holds my phone, even with a case.
I had tried an older version of this year's ago which didn't charge the big phones, this new one works great so far! Using the dash pad mount which has been working for years in my other cars non wireless iottie.
Sturdy and super easy and convenient to remove with one hand and just as easy with that spring loaded light touch button. i had electric before and it took what felt like so long to close. Here it's virtually instant. Had 3 diferrent holders this is the BESt by far!
I only bought this because I work as a delivery driver and they're using an app that monitors my driving, well little do they know this is some kind of magic phone mount, I can accelerate, turn and brake however I want without it showing up on the driveocity app they use.
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.
I'm pretty happy to have picked this up. Using the included charger, cable, and cd-tray install was easy and it charges my phone just fine. I was pleasantly surprised by how it's made so that you just push the phone into the holster and the clamps automatically close, and the buttons to push them back out.
I am picky when it comes to car holders because in the past i have wasted my money over and over again with lots of disappointment. I stopped owning one for almost a whole decade. Until I found this one...
I finally found a car phone holder that I am so proud to own. The adhesion is very powerful (sticky) and very easily removed! I love how it can hold my phone and charge at the same time because I do drive a great distance from home. I highly recommend buying this car phone holder. I know it is pricey but you get what you pay for.
The last one that I bought sat on the dashboard - it started to lose the grip on the bottom and kept falling over when I turned the corner. So, I opted for the clip-on style instead. This one is solid, is easily activated to tightly hold my phone in place and by pinching the 2 side it easily releases it. I also like that it is lower down so does not obstruct my view yet is not too low as to take my eyes away from the road. I use it after work to give my phone a little extra juice, so the battery never dies. It's especially useful to keep the phone charged while using it for navigation on longer trips. You arrive at your destination with a fully charged battery. I would recommend this product as long as your phone can use this type of charging system, as most newer phones can.

My charging port is no longer working properly. This charges my phone with wireless charging great. Better than price of new phone. Didnt know my phone had fast qi wireless charging.
It's great. Easy to connect my phone, easy to disconnect my phone. The clamps don't cause issues with button pushing for my Pixel 6 Pro.
I installed it into my dashboard, and it adheres without a problem. The installment process was also very quick and self explanatory. It charges very well for any phone with Qi wirelessly charging.
We had previously bought a different one but it was awful. This works well - we were able to place on our dash and it is easy to read directions in unfamiliar places.
This phone holder has it all:
1. It automatically opens the holder for you when you place your phone in front of the holder.
2. It detects when the phone is in place and automatically closes the holder, with enough force to keep the phone in there; mine has never fallen out, not even once.

I purchased this recently as a replacement to an older CD-slot phone mount. I was really interested in the wireless charging feature on this phone mount, and after reading the reviews , I ordered it without hesitation.
The mount works exactly as described and I have zero issues with Bluetooth reception, mount sturdiness, etc.
Wireless charging is decent, but not fast enough to actually charge the phone while using GPS. On a 3-4 hour drive, I used about 15% of the battery. Comparatively, a wired charger would fully charge the battery during the drive.
We have a long gravel driveway the phone sits well within the cradle and charges just fine. It's seen 1-year of use & travel and works just as good as the day we bought it. Good Luck!
I didn't think it would leave enough room with by using the CD sleeve insert but it works great and is a great option to have now that you can play music with Bluetooth. The CD component is almost outdated tech so using it for this option is great. I'm sure it depends on the setup of your cars radio.
Just received this, but so far it's great. Easy installation and it fast charges my Samsung galaxy S21+ 5G with an otter box on with no changing charging cords or power block.
I don't normally bother with reviews but after a year I am still very satisfied with this mount. Is it made with high-grade materials? Absolutely not. But it has not broken on me and still works flawlessly after a year of heat and abuse on my windshield. Charging is sufficient enough to keep it charged while using Google Maps on roadtrips. I would recommend this thing to anyone. Good product.
Very well made, easy to install, no sticky glue, no suction cups, stays in place, charges phone wirelessly. I do wish it had an extending arm so I could use my touchscreen, but it is on a swivel ball socket so it can be moved out of the way. Very pleased with this purchase.
