How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It took me a little bit to figure out how to get my phone to wirelessly charge because I have the new iPhone (bigger sized one) but ever since I got the height bar on the bottom set it’s been smooth sailing. I don’t know how I ever got anywhere without this thing now. Very easy to adhere to my car and haven’t had any problems with it falling off. My only concern is for hot days when I’m driving, my phone is basically just baking by the sun while I’m driving, but that’s not the products fault. Overall, it was a good purchase and would buy again.

Suction on the mount is strong and stable. Didn’t have to use the pad on my dash. Charges good even with a case on my phone. Uses USB Type-B and included lighter plug w/ cable is longer than expected
My car is a little older so I use my gps on my phone: I was able to stick it to my dash in the perfect spot and I like that it opens automatically when I put my phone in it. Thanks he fact it is a charger is just a big plus.

This is my first time purchasing an on dash-mounted car phone charger/holder. I like the fact that it frees my cars air vents up and where I have it positioned (to the left of my steering-wheel) keeps everything else clear and unobstructed. I do have to get used to the phone being to my left. Just for reference, I have 2016, Toyota Prius Touring 4, which from the photos you can see has a pebbled or textured dash. I was wondering how well this would adhere to my dash based on other reviews; however, so far, so good. I have hit dips and bumps and this thing is very sturdy. The best thing, it has not thrown my phone as other holders have. And the neatest feature for me is the wireless charging. I would definitely recommend this product
Charges well, even through my ub pro case with built in stand. Base is very sticky, and suction is good. This is my second one though. The first was an earlier model and the power wire port on the back of the unit got giggly and stopped working after about a year (this was with regular use, I wasn't beating it up or anything), but the convenience of the one handed placement and removal was so good,, I put it in my other car even though it doesn't charge anymore (just as a holder). This one has been in the car a couple of months and works great, so far very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this one!
I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to say what a great car charger this is. It’s so sturdy and well made. It holds my IPhone 13 pro max perfectly as a dash mount. No slipping on the dash or the phone will not fall out. Also does not come off when you hit bumps in the road. It’s also a great phone holder for streaming. I highly recommend this charger.
The holders work well in my Subaru but the Sierra needed help. My husband cut a block of wood to fit snuggly in one of the cubby holes on the dash then secured the phone holder to it. We're happy with the ease of attaching and detaching the phones.
This phone holder for your car is by far the best phone holder I’ve ever purchased. I liked it so well I purchased one for myself first and then purchased another one for my husband and then another one for my granddaughter and all three of us absolutely love it. It stays exactly where you place it and it holds your phone perfectly so you can see anything you need to on your phone while you’re driving. And I like that you can also charge your phone while it’s sitting in the holder as you’re driving.
I opted for the CD/DVD mount method. The one-touch system is super convenient and works like a charm. Would recommend
I have gone through a few car chargers & this one is the best. Sturdy, secure, great adhesive to the windshield. The phone is gripped securely & never falls out. I love the snap-in feature with the easy release side tabs. So pleased I bought one for my husband & he loves it too. Got rid of his old cheap one.This is top quality and worth the price.
