How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
this wash glove protects me from ruining my hands while washing my car. it's good to wash my own car than go to the automated car wash because its better for your health and the car's paint, and this wash mitt helps get that done really well. its a good buy.
Great Car Wash Mitt. Bought it for a new motorcycle I purchased, soft non scratching material. Have used it on my truck as well. Also waterproof, as hand does not get wet when in use. Would highly recommend.
After continuously buying wash mitts from my local auto stores, I wanted to change my routine up a bit and try something different. Because of the pandemic, I find myself cleaning all of my cars more frequently because of boredom, lol. I noticed my original wash mitt was getting a little worn and old so I told myself why not order from Amazon. I saw great reviews on this Xindell one, saw great reviews, and it didn't look too bad itself. The price wasn't as bad either. Upon receiving the wash mitt, I have to say I am satisfied with my purchase. The wash mitt itself fits well and sturdy on my hand and I like that it was double micro-fiber sides to clean with. Overall I would recommend this to any car enthusiast.
I’m pretty anal when it comes to what I used to clean my car, the double sided mit is extremely nice because I can use the long haired side to scrub a little harder with out it affecting my paint while using the 2 bucket method of course.
I used the wash set, only the wash mit and a fibre cloth, yesterday. It works great. The microfibre seems to do a great job as well. I would recommend this product, that I purchased, to anyone looking for a great wash set.
I use this product to wash my cars, it is very soft and it cleans very well. It's surface area is very large so it cleans faster than average. The inside is waterproof also, leaving you dry.
The quality is more than I have expected. It is so good that it comes with two microfiber towel (free) and those towels are thick. The Best for car wash and for car detailing towel. Just hope the seller woll also sell these good microfiber towels in the future. The mitten is thick and soft, it won’t scratch your car.
This is by far the best cloth I've purchased to wash my car. Its very comfortable when you wear it and easy to use...its very gentile to the touch so won't leave any scratches and absorbs very well so you don't have to use too much soap

Fantastic sponge and microfiber combo for your driveway car wash needs. I still need a detail tool for the really tight spots. That said, it did a great job with cleaning even areas around badges and door handles. A good upgrade over the basic sponge your dad used on the family Chevy station wagon.
From washing the car to cleaning house. This is my go to sponge .Leaves my car shiny without scratching it and pulls the dirt off any surface I use it one. It is important to pay attention to how much water you leave in the sponge when choosing the item to clean like any other sponge. Cleans the tub beautifully as well as damp dusting furniture. Grabs a lot of dirt with out scratching, nd just toss it in the washer when Im done.
What a great sponge for a fantastic price. Used it to clean my car the other day and it worked well. I mainly used the softer side but for stuck on dirt I used the other side to get it off. Worked well and I’m happy so far, I will see how long they last and update my review l.
The way it fits your hand- perfect, the texture for washing on both sides (slight friction one side/lots of so soft texture on the other) and the way it holds a bubble, brilliant. It also happens to match my new hose and nozzle, I (highly recommend this coupling, this hose weighs nothing, super easy to maneuver and put away). LOVE MY NEW SPONGES! I recommend the store

I found this microfiber car wash sponge far easier to use than a microfiber "glove" I recently bought at a local store (which when wet felt very heavy on my hand). Highly recommend!

This is way better than those cheap sponge things that start to disintegrate after a few washes. This cleans very smoothly and helps make your car sparkle real nice.
If you don't like the mittens this is for you. Used it twice and works just like it should. Holds the suds and has a soft touch. Would buy again.
