How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I can not tell you how awesome this set is. The day after we got it, we head to the lake and my boys had a blast. It comes with every thing. It took me 5 min to put the line in and put things together. quality of it is very nice, components where the reel goes is high quality metal, not plastic!!!
I haven't fished in probably 10 years or so and getting back in the groove was a challenging experience especially with this new open reel. I personally took it to a bait and tackle shop and had them spool it for with their machine. Certainly didn't want the headache or my impatience to take over. Anyway, it is a very nice rod and reel combo. Very smooth casting and reeling in. I definitely will recommend this rod.
I bought this rod and reel combo for my vacation. I needed a compact combo for traveling. This set up included everything I needed including a 1.8m retractable rod, a spinning reel, fishing line , an assortment of tackle all in a nice case. The rod is lightweight but sturdy with good action.
WE spend 340 days a year in a semi-truck traveling the lower 48. Space is at a premium and we were looking for a way to keep fishing poles & tackle on the truck with us that wouldn't involve them getting beaten up or broken in the tool box.
I’ve purchased 4 of these sets over the last year, 3 in April, 2019 and one more just recently. For the price the quality is very good. These were primarily for my kids to take with us on trips abroad, as they are easy to pack. They have gone to the Florida Key and Cayman Islands, so all salt water usage. They have stood up quite well.

Fantastic gift! My husband loves it. Very good quality. Easy to assemble. Light weight and compact.
My husband loves that it is compact and he can easily travel with it. If he happens to be in a location where he can take a few minutes to fish his equipment is right there.
This item was excellent for traveling and nice case. Good quality. Everything packed nicely in case except after you have used it, you have to disassemble the reel and unstring from the rod or the case cannot then used. Good telescoping quality on the rod though.
Extremely lightweight and durable with great production quality.
Good quality, it is metal, but fells very light on hand. Love the nice carrying case, and the plastic cover for the extendable pole, definitely a surprise.
This rod telescopes and collapses easily. Used it in the Plumas National Forest. It worked great and was easy to use. Looking forward to the next time.
Light and easy to pack. It works so well I will never use another rod. In fact I now have it stored under the seat of my pickup along with a small box of tackle. Always ready to fish. Oh and by the way.... does it catch fish? Check out the picture....
Well built. I like the tip protectors that they come with and other little neat features.
Got for a trip to Florida where I was flying in. Fit in our spirit personal bag easily. Simple enough for my 4 year old to figure out but I used it a ton too. We only took 1 pole. Smooth.
