How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Easy to connect via Bluetooth to my iPhone. I picked this up to use as an artist. It helps so much for transferring proportions on paper or canvas. I'm so glad I purchased this. I can make my work small like 5x 7 or very large! I plan to use it for larger painting soon.
I am new to decorating custom sugar cookies so I had no clue what kind of projector to buy. But I knew getting a projector would be a game changer for my cookies. I decided on this one, and it was soo easy to set up! I also bought the mount on Amazon as well. So I only bought two things the projector and the mount, no extra wires needed. I charged it and it was ready to go. The battery only lasts a couple hours so I just leave it plugged in while I use it. But it’s easy to connect to any iPhone or iPad. You just follow the directions and connect it to the same Wi-Fi. I think the problem everyone has is the projector part. I use iPhone and iPad so I just use the mirror function on my iPhone or iPad. So after you connect it to the correct Wi-Fi, you go on your iPhone/iPad, drag down the right corner, and click on screen mirrors (it looks like two overlapping rectangles), then you pick the projector name and you are all good! You can make it bigger or smaller by adjusting the picture on your phone and then the knob on the projector lets you make the image sharper. I hope this helps!

There were no new ones available. I really wanted one and all that was available was refurbished so I took a chance and so glad I did. Haven’t had any issues. Love love love it. Got it to decorate cookies

I used to have the AKASO projector for decorating cookies but then it just randomly stopped working. So I ordered this one for next day delivery and it’s AMAZING! I had it working in seconds! Wireless connection is everything, it’s able to project small clearly and you can have it facing straight down without any warping (unlike my previous AKASO) When my other projector broke I first tried a much cheaper brand, and while that one was lightweight it did not project clearly and was a PAIN to set up and connect with all kinds of specific wires… and then it wasn’t even screen mirroring. Basically this projector is the one I’ll recommend to all cookiers
My boyfriend is a travel nurse and most Air BnBs have very small TVs and he’s always complaining about that. I got this and he loves it. The picture quality is amazing and the fact that it’s so compact sealed the deal! I wish I would have found this sooner!!! You will not regret this purchase.
Very convenient, good price and came very fast- perfect for use in my art practice!
Works like a charm has an internal battery good for about 30 mins, otherwise you can power it using the supplied power adapter or any usb-c port on your computer, when i bought it i was hesitant about it not being full hd, but the picture is crisp and well lit for such a small footprint, i was able to project videos into an outdoor wall 15ft away, at dusk.
This is a compact and powerful little unit! The picture quality is great and it’s easy to use. I wish you could steam from phone using Netflix, but the machine itself is well built.
Some time I would like to have more description of the stuff I would like to purchase and the make.
Great projector for the price!
Small room setup, the projector is about 8-9' from the wall. I had a pretty nice full size projector I was using in this room for years but the bulb died and it was going to be around $200 to replace. I took a chance on this little guy because I also wanted something portable I could take with me. This projector did not disappoint. It's not blinding bright, so you do have to have a dark environment for the full effect but it does work OK in my room during the day with the blinds shut. Picture quality is a little lower than with a full size projector, but for me everything else makes up for that. It's quiet, doesn't put out as much heat and is stupid portable. My only issue or complaint would be there is no remote control and the power button is tiny and on the side of the unit. Other than that I'm very pleased. Can't wait for out next camping trip to bring it along with a movie on an SD card.
This has been a great tool and a game changer. I bake and this has definitely helped me to decorating consistent designs. Small, compact, and does what it says. I do have to keep it connected, but that's no problem for me. I love this little projector.
Love everything about this little projector!
I bought this projector to enlarge drawings and to resize images for artistic purposes, not to play videos or movies. After some confusion getting it to mirror screen, it works well for what I want. The battery life is not great, but I plan to plug it in when I use it, so that isn't a big issue.
This is a very nice projector. It is so small and light weight. It super easy to use, basically plug and play and the picture is great. I ordered the refurbished model and I was so pleasantly surprised. If I didn't know it was refurbished there is no way I would have known. It is is perfectly new condition. The box and seals were all new or new looking. All the accessories were there and also in working order and perfect condition. I am so pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend the refrurb!
I like it. I use it in my son’s room in our vacation home since he doesn’t have a TV. He loves it.
I am using this for painting watercolors and acrylics. I blowup an image on my phone or ipad to do a tracing. The image can be as small or as large as you like, but your image will eventually degrade beyond about 70 inches. This Kodak really delivered accurate detail and color. I am so happy with this device for my purposes. Be sure you purchase the right kind of projector for pictures: DLP Texas Instruments (copyright). Some sellers are claiming to have DLP in a projector, but you really have to check that the proper logo appears on the device. I tried one other, the Apeman, and it didn't compare for image quality, sharpness and color accuracy.
I use the white ceiling of my A frame cabin in the mountains of WV and it works perfectly fine. Highly recommended.

This is a great projector for cookies. Easy to use and the brightness is great.
After doing a ton of research, I bought this projector for decorating sugar cookies and it works great for that purpose. I love that it’s wireless so I don’t have to have a bunch of cords connected to it when I’m using it. The picture projected is bright, crisp and clear for my purposes, even when I was using it next to a window. When used with the Camera Lucida app, resizing the image to fit the cookie is fast and easy. I haven’t used it for a movie or anything yet but might do that later this summer when we can get together with friends again. I was happy it has a tripod mount on the bottom because it’s a bit too wide to fit in the phone clamp on my Arkon mount.
I’m using the projector for adding text and details to cookies. I love it so far.
Works great, love that it’s wireless. Easy to use and setup using my phone. Only complaint is that you don’t have any indication that the battery is going to die.

I absolutely love this projector. I had to replace my old pico projector because it was no longer compatible with my iPhone. This was hands down, the best one i could have chosen. Great for cookie decorating. The picture is clear and bright. Highly recommended!
I purchased this for tracing on canvases. I used this in daylight and was able to see very well. Very sharp photo. Comes with charger & multiple wall adapters and an hdmi cable. Connected the device wirelessly to my iPhone and even played sound from it was well. I can see this also being used for a camping trip or if you don’t have access to a tv somewhere. The set up was very easy and I recommend it for light projects/surfaces maybe not a large wall. But this works for me just fine.
Works great. I would purchase it again. I use it for writing on & decorating cookies and I'm improving with each attempt. The only think I would like would be a tutorial on the website on how to use it on cookies. I know there are LOTS of people that use it for this purpose. Not being very techy and figuring it out on my own, was a little slow. It is actually easy, but a tutorial for how to connect and how to use it would be much appreciated and helpful.

I bought this little projector for cookie decorating. It is perfect and exactly was I was expecting. It was relatively easy getting it setup and going. I bought a mount for it (separately) and it’s been a game changer for my cookies. I’m able to trace right onto the cookie with an edible marker or with my piping bag. It’s so easy to use!

Bought this as a gift for my dad and he loves it. I have one of those bigger projectors and this is comparable if not better in terms of picture quality. The brightness isn't great, but it's small enough to fit in your pocket. My dad takes it when he goes finishing and it works just great, the battery life is approximately 1.5 hours so not bad, but the charger is an old phone charger so you can just buy an extension battery which also fits in your pocket. Great product, would buy again.
