How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Great waterpick! Lots of attachments but I honestly have just used one. It comes with a carrying case too which is nice! I liked it so much I got one for my mom! Lot less painful and awkward than flossing but has great results! I got straight As on my last dental report card!

It is powerful. It stays charged long enough. I was very happy with it. I knocked it off the counter, and the plastic door to the water tank came off. I looked everywhere and can't find it, so now I can't use it.
We do love this, it works well. It just takes time to learn how to use it and not wash down the bathroom walls!!

I bought this water flosser for use on the road. I travel a lot for my job and I didn’t want to be away from my home flosser when I’m on long trips. This unit is compact and comes with everything I need for use on the road. Don’t let its small size fool you, it comes with several settings to satisfy any power level you require. I’ve read reviews that say the reservoir is too small - this is a travel unit! Put more water in the reservoir if you need more water. I also like the travel bag in order to keep all of my pieces together. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that likes to use a water flosser.
I'm very happy with it & so is my dental hygienist! I have extremely porous teeth & she says that it's made a vast improvement regarding staining and any plaque build-up.

I got this when my waterpik stopped working. It look the same but was better and cheaper than the waterpik. I like that the flosser power is consistent and reliable. The waterpik I had wasn't working as strong after about 6 months of use.
This is a great portable water flosser! I have gum problems and it's hard because I travel a lot. I try to keep it light - one bag only. I love that this powerful little device has it's own case which holds everything I need yet fits in my small carry on. It has multiple intensities - I'm not up to the highest one yet until my gums heal more. It also has variable pulse modes - I prefer the steady stream. The tip kit, which fits in the soft case, has a brush, a few different types for gum access and the all important tongue cleaner. (I just read that the tongue is the biggest source of bad bacteria in the mouth). The charge lasts really long so I rarely travel with the wire, but it does fit in the case.
I have owned several water flossers over the years including an expensive “water pick” brand. None of them have lasted more than six months without failing. One company did give me a replacement unit but that failed to after a time. So far this unit is charging up great and works really well. I am just back from a trip and happy to report that so far so good. UPDATE: !! The price was excellent but the unit failed to charge by December. To the company’s credit they immediately responded by sending a new unit within a week’s time. I’m grateful and the new unit is workin perfectly.

So far, I really like this water flosser. The tank that holds the water is plenty for an entire flossing. I tend to take my time, so I was worried that I would need to refill it to get an entire floss in, but there is always more than enough. I also love that the nozzle can swivel to whatever angle I prefer. The case that holds the nozzles is a great perk as well as the really nice travel case that comes with it. Several people said it doesn't come with the actual plug for the USB cord, but ours did. We purchased two of these units (one for me and one for my husband) and they both had the plug with it. We have only had it a couple of days, but so far I love it. We had a much more expensive unit prior to this one and I'm just has happy (maybe even more happy) with this less expensive one. It doesn't take up as much room on the counter and I love the portability of it.
I really don't like to floss my teeth as they are very tight and the floss will sometimes get stuck. This guy gets all the food out in no time flat. When I floss after I use it there is nothing left. Great tool to use before brushing.
I have a crack in one of my teeth from grinding, and while my dentist made me an NTI guard, my insurance won't pay for the work to fix my tooth as the crack is so miniscule it doesn't appear on an x-ray. For years I have been using manual floss and dealing with the pain (and avoiding that area of my mouth on most occasions) because I couldn't afford a water pik. I'm pregnant now and flossing isn't cutting it with the added hormones and everything so I bought this flosser and my gingivitis problem is almost completely gone! It was really bad and has taken quite a lot of dedication to flossing which I haven't really had. I use warm water since I have severe sensitivity to cold, and it is the best flossing experience I have ever had! Very similar to what my dental hygienist can do with her high pressure flossing.
Was worried it was inferior to the more expensive waterpik it's copying (which I had) but works just as well and I actually think has a better less cumbersome design...it's fairly portable, but takes up way more space than a stick toothbrush of course...comes with a nice carrying bag
I’ve only had it a few days, but I really like it. It comes with a travel bag & an assortment of different type of tips including a wider one for tongue use. I admit I have sprayed my mirror while getting used to it, but it needed cleaning lol. Love that it’s rechargeable. Has big water container.
The water flosser worked well. Easy to use and really cleaned the teeth well. Then, less than a year later it stopped working some odd reason. I made the mistake of going to the vendor's website and asked for help. I never received a response. I then contacted the seller and they quickly responded. Provided excellent support and sent me a replacement unit. I would definitely purchase this product from them again.

I have been using a name brand battery version for a number of years off and on. A few months ago the hygienist cleaned my teeth and and told me to really start flossing because my gums were starting to show signs of gingivitis. I asked about using a water flosser and she said it's fine to use in conjunction with flossing. So for the last couple months I've been doing flossing and water flossing with my old name brand flosser but it's using batteries almost every couple weeks. This flosser is the same price and its rechargeable and although I've only had it a week it seems to be doing a pretty decent job time will tell to see how long it be between charges. But at least I can charge it up in 3 hours and not have to replace batteries every couple weeks
The woman who highly recommended this to me and my wife both had measurably improved gum health after using the previous version of this product for a month or two. By that I mean that their first dental visit after starting using the product showed that their pockets had shrunk. I wasn't that lucky, but my dentist told me that individual results vary, and I believe that my status as an insulin dependent diabetic may have impacted my results. My dentist strongly encouraged me to keep using the product.
I am really pleased with the performance, sound and portability of my new water pik. I purchased a more expensive one first and was highly discouraged by the noise level it produced. I couldn't use it while family was asleep which is not useful. This water pik is quiet, it holds more than enough water, comes with several attachments, and is way more affordable. Most importantly, it works exceptionally well. I have permanent braces which makes flossing more difficult and getting into the tight spaces around crowns is another challenge. The water pik works great for all these tight and hard to reach spaces. The settings on the water pik lets you pick the intensity of the water stream and the device is rechargeable so no awkward cables are in the way and with the large battery capacity I don't even have to carry the charger for a week or weekend trip. I am super impressed with the device and highly recommend it.
