How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This product has already paid for it self and I have only sharpened a hand full of drills. I was able to bring several broken/chipped drill bits back to life and it easily sharpens dull bits. The instructions that came with the unit are extremely poor but I was able to use other material on drill sharpening to figure out how to use this jig. I rate it five stars because of the price. This is a cheap chinese built tool but worth the price.
I used one of these sharpeners for years, its a little slower process then drill doctor, but then again it won't ruin your bits either. I had a fellow in my shop who sharpened two sets of brand new bits with a drill doctor(granted, he did not read the instuctions for it!) for some reason he figured the new bits needed to be sharpened???, pretty much ruined two sets of bits! we had this older style sharpener on a shelf so I set it up on the bench grinder and managed to salvage all the bits. Also banned the employee from ever using the drill doctor again!
The instructions are fine but i would recommend searching on line for videos on how to use this bit of kit. Once you get your head around how it works its fine. Very hit and miss at the start. I would recommend taking your time and not rush. I did about 50+ bits in the first sitting. Some just needed a touch up some much more. All are now sorted and sharp. I bought the spare wheel at the same time and I highly recommend you do the same. I've bought an extra one since as a spare because the first needed replacing.
Sharpened some drill bits with no hassle. For trade or serious hobbyists users, I would go for more robust item, however for enthusiastic DIYers/everyday users such as myself it was great. 2 stone grit choices and handy angle guide/locator. For the price cant complain. It sharpened my wood, plastic and metal use drill bits to a good enough finish, but cant comment on whether it sharpens hardened masonry drill bits as did not need to sharpen those. Easy and quick to use
A little bit of a hassle to set your drills up for sharpening but one done this gadget really does a great job. I like the way you can flip it over and you have two grinding wheels one course and one fine for sharpening broken screw drivers, chisels, knives etc etc. I lives in my tool box and has been used on many occasions and will hopefully continue to do so for some time as it seems to be quite robust and well put together. I also bought two spare wheels, but the original one's seem to be lasting some time but for the price it really doesn't matter. A great little add on for your toolbox and money well spent.
I'd never have bought such a cheap plasticy thing had I not seen a good review of it on youtube. Using my cordless drill I was easily able to sharpen 12mm and 4mm HSS metal drills much better than I could have done by hand. If like me you do a fair bit of metal drilling, this product will pay for itself by sharpening drills you'd otherwise have to replace. It has clear instructions which require a bit of effort to follow the first time, but after that you need no instructions to use this.
I had to do a you tube search to find a tutorial video after that the instructions made sense. Brilliant bit of kit easy to use and wow dose it sharpen those drill bits, I even used it to put an edge on my fishing knife. I would recommend.
This product is superb excellent instructions but must be followed very carefully I have sharpened many sizes of drills within the range and they are brilliant but you must follow the setup procedure to the letter
It takes a while to set it up, but it's worthwhile spending the time to understand how it works. Excellent value for the money and will pay for itself very quickly.
