How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I was looking for a gaming keyboard to replace an old one that ended up passing on in an unfortunate coffee related incident. So far after receiving it I have been impressed by the look and construction of the keyboard. The keyboard is smaller than my old keyboard as well which means taking up less desktop space, though it required some getting used to due to be able to type fast.
I am not a gamer. I bought this keyboard because the Dell wireless keyboard (bluetooth) that came with my Windows XP Computer years ago finally stopped working, and I wanted a wired keyboard because I got tired of having to change batteries constantly. There was not a lot of choice at my local Staples store. I bought the Staples model. It worked, which is about all I can say for it. The back arrow in the upper right was too small, the keys had no "feel," and the painted on letter started to wear off within six month. Then I tried the Logitech. Better, but still not as good the Dell. So I decided to go shopping on Areagoods and I saw this Klim keyboard for what seemed like a reasonable price, and I thought I would give it a try. I am glad I did. It is a dream to type on. The backlighting is fun plus. I still think it's worth five stars.
Mind boggling! Why? This isn't some one hundred plus dollar keyboard, but they're sure treating me like it was! All I can say is WOW! They've hooked me as a customer for life. ^_^

What this keyboard is , is a solid good tactile feeling quiet board. It can be a little bit noisy depending on your typing style but I use laptops all day for work so the sound level & especially the keystroke feel is great for me.
This keyboard is super nice for the price.. If you're looking for the super clicky loud keystroke, save up a bit of cash and just go mechanical (funny, when I was a kid, they were ALL mechanical).
Rarely do reviews … Best keyboard I’ve had. Sturdy, appears durable, doesn’t do that clicking thing when keys are depressed (drives me nuts), and backlit to color of choice (have many options concerning color of backlighting). Use it at work and home (I don’t game). Like it so much I’ll be looking at replacing the mouse next :)
I'm not a gamer, I use it for personal and business and I just can't tell you how tickled I am with it.

When I state that I like this keyboard I really mean it. This is a great, well made keyboard.
I reccomend this keyboard. You can turn on or off the lighting. You can change the color illuminating under the keys.
Got this for work at the office, I'm happy with the color selection. The colors are bright, I don't have any issues seeing the keys and the key sound is satisfying. The phone rest is a welcomed feature, I keep my phone on silent at work, so this just makes it easier to see text that come through.
If you do any kind of gaming, any kind of writing, then do yourself a favor and snag one of these. Worth every penny.
Lets start with the fact that I am not a gamer so I have no comment on any of that functionality. The rbg lighting is cool, not overly bright but enough to be able to see in the dark. I've been using flat keyboards for the past 10 years si its taking sometime to get used to the raised mechanical keys, but it's not uncomfortable. The keyboard itself is fairly heavy and has a good balance to it. Overall it seems to be my new long term keyboard.
