How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It's very sturdy, and is priced very reasonably. So often I see so-called "gaming" keyboards going for well over a hundred dollars, if not hundreds of dollars, and I wonder why anyone would buy something that any regular keyboard can do.
The keys actually make me want to type, which will hopefully unclog my writer's block and get back in gear again in terms of cranking out RPG material. The lighting is decent. It doesn't overwhelm anything, though I was hoping for a dimmer switch of some kind.
I would! For some background context, I've been debating on a new keyboard for my desktop for a very long time. The original keyboard that came with my desktop (must've been a bundle purchase) was extremely low, the keys were flat, and I couldn't use it in the dark without making mistakes (keys didn't light up whatsoever). The few times I tried gaming on it, my fingers would easily mistaken one key for another and that's the last thing you want when someone's actively shooting at you. The way the keys are spaced out and the additional feature of increasing the keyboard's height is all I've ever wanted.
I like this keyboard more than I thought I would!
Great product, great company
I ordered this keyboard in September and wanted to give it a little while to see what I thought before I wrote anything. I LOVE it. It's got perfect keystroke pressure for me-not super light but it's not manual typewriter either.
I love the color selection of the backlit keyboard
Gaming wise, it's unbeatable in comfort and reliability. The membranes ensure that each key press feels natural and responsive- which is incredibly important when I'm playing games like CSGO. I really can't stress how much this keyboard has to offer in terms of price, quality, and overall satisfaction... And the light changes are really awesome!
When I'm gaming I love that it's got the lighting so I can game while my girl spawn is asleep and lights can be off. I love the colors- partial to the purple :D. As for price I think it's just right- it's not super expensive but very nicely made so it doesn't feel cheap either.
I would definitely suggest this to anyone looking for a sweet keyboard without having to take out a loan or sell a kidney for it ;). One more thing- areagoods small company- I LOVE that my money is going to a few guys doing what they love creating solid original products rather than a super corp clone piece that breaks in a couple days... For a keyboard like this it's quiet but provides the typing speed I am looking for.
I really couldn't be any happier. Kudos to the folks behind this amazing product! I hear they're a small start-up company. If they continue to put out products like this, they're going to get very big in a very short time.
I don't use this keyboard for gaming. I use it at work and I wanted a cool looking backlit keyboard. The buttons are very responsive and have not displayed any sluggish attributes so far. It took some getting use to using a mechanical keyboard vs a traditional but I started to appreciate it. I like the metal frame because it makes it easier to clean and it doesn't matter if I spill anything on it because it's waterproof. Overall great keyboard for the price!
I absolutely LOVE the quality put into this device! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! You do get what you pay for. It was a little more than I would normally spend on a keyboard but it will probably last a LONG time. BUILT TO LAST!! That is how it should be! LOVE THIS THING! THANKS !!!
It is light, not heavy at all. Others have complaint about that, but it's not an issue for me. I need to lock this in my desk anyways so Im happy its not crushing everything in the drawer.
This keyboard is great
The keyboard works great for everyday uses and light to moderate gaming.
I have been using this keyboard for nearly a month now and I have had no real qualms with it. For the price point, also it being semi-mechanical, really adds a nice touch.
The keys are nice to type on; they aren't too sensitive and have a nice level of action. It's also nice that this keyboard has a number pad on the right since I often need to make numeric entries. The metal frame seems sturdy and has a really nice finish.
Nicely designed keyboard that I would buy again.
