How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I wanted to make a mobile office out of my van, and was searching for a way to power my laptop past the measly 2-hour battery limit. I wanted a battery I could plug into that would keep the laptop at 100% as I work that way at home.
I had ordered two of these Chargers to take with me on my trip to San Diego for FanDuel's World Fantasy Baseball Championship. We were going to compete for $1.5 million dollars on fantasy baseball and EVERYONE was going to bring their laptops or smartphones to use for the championship. Not knowing where exactly the event was going to be held and not knowing the amount of outlets that were going to be available due to the amount of electronics that were going to be brought to the event, I bought this. You can charge a large variety of laptops and cellphones from this power bank. I purposely ordered two-if one goes dead, I can swap it out and plug the other fully charged one in. Seller recommend.
I waited to use first before my review. Now it seems it can charge my phone at least 4 times in a single charge and It has really affordable price. I recommend to everyone.
This product is absolutely amazing. I used it on a long drive and It lasted the whole way without ever overheating. Would certainly look to buy this because it performs like the top portable charger power banks but for much cheaper.
This a great power bank! I love to travel and this will be perfect for my husband and me since it has two USB spots to charge our phones! I use my phone all day, so this has been handy for low battery!

Wonderful charger last a long time
I ordered this and it arrived the next day! Less than 24 hours later. I immediately opened it and tried it out on my daughter's cell phone. She went from 17% to 44% (while she was playing on her phone)!! I am so excited to use this at the beach this weekend.
Got this for camping and it lasted the whole weekend. It’s a bit heavy since it holds a big charge but it’s slim and easy to carry and easy to use. I didn’t get a chance to recharge it during the trip and I was fine on one full charge for a couple charges for my iPhone
Amazing power bank love its size and the power. Charging capacity is really the best use both of the port together charge fast and charge remains long lasting. i believe it can charge the phone at least 4 times a day. Charging indicator will make really easy to find the status of the poker bank. Absolutely loving it.

This is a solid power bank. Made of durable stuff. It has a nice weight to it so you know that its the real deal. At 100% it lasted more than a week of use just charging my ipad and iphone when I was in asia.
We take many long road trips and this device has already come in very handy. I bought this power bank, not only for its capacity, but versatility. Both my kids can keep their tablets fully charged for an entire 11 hour road trip and that is a great thing. It will be wonderful to have around the house as well. We have an older HP laptop which no longer charges and needs to be used plugged in. This set has the correct adapter to be able to plug the computer in and move the computer freely around the house. That’s a big deal for me to be able to use the laptop somewhere comfortable for a few hours instead of being restricted to the desk. For its capacity, it is reasonably compact. I like that it comes with a case so that I can easily carry the correct connector and a few necessary cables for me.
Many days I also have to work at a place where the laptop adapter hangs from the wall to the desk and sometimes people passing by can mistakenly trip on the wire or damage the wire tip. Now, that problem is also solved -- I can just keep this charger on the desk to charge the laptop and no more wires hanging around! This has truly increased the portability of my laptop in a sense that I can now take it anywhere without worrying about the battery.
It does little bit more than my laptop, but I would have even purchased it even if it was double or triple its current weight -- I'm that much happy with its usage! Right now I am typing this review as my laptop is being charged from 0% about 50% using this charger and charger capacity has only decreased about 35% (and that's also while the laptop is continuously being used).
Overall, I am very impressed so far. I will be taking it with me while going outside to places where there is no outlet or it also works wonderfully in places where the outlets are far or unreachable and you just want to settle nicely at one corner.
I liked its simplicity in design and uses. All I had to do was open from the nice package, hold the power button for about 2 seconds, and next double click the power button to toggle the voltage level to 20 V (the voltage my laptop requires), then connect the DC Out port with the tip that fits my laptop and plug it in! It was so nice and easy and I am so glad that the tip fit my laptop port.
This is probably one of the best tech gadget I have purchased this year. It truly helps my laptop which frequently needs recharging and allows me to continuously use the laptop while directly connected to this charger!

Charged it for a three day camping trip. 4 hours of light use, 6 phone charges, a 10 minute charge for a chromebook and a jump start later, It remains at 50% battery.
