How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Love this stove kit so much I bought two. One for my day pack and one for my multi day pack. Just so I never forget it.
Amazing backpacking stove. Light. Easy to attach. Sturdy
Perfect stove kit. Packs down great. Weighs little to nothing if your into that. The quality material of each item far passes others, you get what you pay for.
This really is the perfect setup if you will be taking Mountain Home (or similar) dried food for backpacking. An entire cooking setup with minimal space, lightweight and brings water to a boil relatively quickly. I've used higher priced and better rated MSR stove models in the past, but I see no reason to go with anything but the PocketRocket2 if all you are doing is bringing water to a boil to add to a pouch.
Pretty impressed so far. I bought this to fill the gap between the Jetboil Flash and the full size liquid fuel camp stove. It is working out marvelously. For solo camping, or even just day trips, the stove/cook set is hard to beat for pack weight and compact size. The simmer control feature puts it into the whole next level of versatility as a serious, extended trip, camp cooking stove. It’s not quite as fast or efficient for small volume water boiling as the Jetboil, but I’ll make that trade in a heartbeat for the luxury and versatility of the temperature control valve, and the ability to use with any pot or pan. The little pot/cup is decent quality, hard anodized aluminum, and the silicone handle/ring is a nice feature for handling when hot. The included pot handler is minimalist, but actually works well. Just remember to remove the plastic cup/bowl off the bottom of the pot before cooking with it! I forgot and melted mine on the second trip.
I always used a jet boil until I tried this product, never going back! Does not have an ignition switch but that does not matter to me since I always have a lighter while camping.
This is a lightweight backpacking stove that is strong and functional. The burner didn’t work right at first, but the manufacturer replaced it immediately. I appreciate the fair price, the solid workmanship, and most of all, the great service.

I was going back and forth on whether to get the real deal PocketRocket or just a cheap knockoff. I think those cheap stoves have their own merit and place, but in the end I am glad I got this. It just seems and feels more durable and built to last. the small pot it comes with is quite nice as well, nice and small. It can boil just enough water for my wife and I on backpacking trips, and it does it fast. The silicone grip is juuuuuuust insulated enough that its not too hot to grab after boiling water if you are careful. So far its been great! Love it

Best backpacking stove and acceptable price!
The pot has to be centered and has the potential to tip off of the burning arms. It boiled water very quick. I ordered a jet boil fuel tank and it does fit this set up.
I like the lightness and portability. It did not take too much room in my backpack.
We were interested in downsizing our stove. We have been transitioning from large group backpacking trips (8-20) requiring larger cookpots and stove to smaller group trips (2-4). This setup is perfect for our needs now. Lighter weight, smaller footprint in the pack, and a breeze to use.

Love this little stove for backpacking into the backcountry. So light and compact, yet is an all in one for boiling water and heating soups/chili etc. I'd certainly recommend it. Item arrived in time and was as described. Generally I'm impressed by MSR brand products and that trust is not misplaced here. This travel stove is an ideal investment.
