How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It is a serviceable and durable thing to have and I can’t imagine not having a multi tool around because from every day use to survival situations this is a must have.
These are so versatile and very useful. I have 3. One for my kitchen, one for my car, and one for camping. Great little tool.
Bought it for the tool locking feature. Works well so far. Used gerbers through my military career, and they've always performed well.

I've had numerous other multitools, this is by far the best of all of them. The knife stays sharp and is the right size. The scissors cut and keep cutting. It's corrosion resistant - and the one the lives in my fishing vest has stayed operable for years. And it's got the right list of features. Much better than the newer Gerber Suspension.
I throw this under the seat on my motorcycle as a tool when needed. I have plenty of Gerbers laying around, but didn't want to repurpose any of those. Great tool and holds up well to the abuse of riding around in a tiny compartment.
I have bought several more of this same model in the past couple years to give as gifts to family, and haven't heard a single bad thing from them. I can't speak to other, similar models provided by Gerber, but this one they did right, in a really impressive way.

I have had mine for years and bought one with confidence as a gift for my sister. This is a solid multi tool, I've used it for everything from carving ceiling tiles to changing out ballasts. The pliers are great, they have an excellent grip and despite heavy use, they're still properly aligned. The blades retain their edge well, and the wide heads of the screwdrivers give good grip and make it easy to turn. I don't know that I will ever have to, but I would happily buy another of these.

I bought mine at walmart, but the suspension pliers are great, blades are sharp, lock feature works great, the scissors are great despite what someone else said, they are nice and work and are sturdy.. I buy these as gifts for people. This model in particular because the suspension pliers are amazing

I bought this to keep in my vehicle because I do not carry any tools around with me. This is perfect. It is small, looks very cool, and easy to use. I have had multitools in the past that are difficult to open and get to the various components but this is simple and accessible. When my husband saw it he was jealous :)
Since it's a multitool, it helps with other odds and ends work, fishing and foraging. My family likes their gear and this one has been a favorite.

It’s great and easy to use I really love the locking mechanism that locks the tools and knives in place cause I’ve had bad times with ones that don’t lock and it’s compact making it easy to carry overall it’s a great multi tool
Most people at my job suggested that I get a Gerber multi-tool or something similar. I finally did and it made my life so much easier from opening and cleaning my weapon to cutting bits of rope and tightening random screws, it's like this little thing is useful for most small jobs.
I have had the same tool for 6 years now and have beat the crap out of it. This thing is like Randy Marsh comin back for more punishment!! I broke a blade off the scissors doing something stupid with them. otherwise this thing would have kept on taking the punishment. This for sure has been the best multi tool I have ever owned!
other multitools are expensive, and this one is badass for the price. This is the second one I have had. The 1 and only downside, is the sheath can come apart with extended use, and you could lose your tool. (Hence the reason I have purchased 2.) I spent a bit of money on a nice leather sheath, and I assume this tool shall last a decade or more. My last one was like new after 7-8 years of use. If ya don't want to pay leatherman price, by this. Even though Gerbers poster boy is a phony survivor man, it is still a must have. Seriously, I will by a 3rd if it is ever needed.
I work as a zookeeper so multi-tools are a staple for us on the job. My previous one had broken and after doing lots of research, I decided to purchase this particular tool. I was skeptical of it's quality based on the low price, but the reviews were so good I thought I'd give it a try. After one month, this multi-tool is awesome! Solid construction and all the knives are very sharp. I'm still getting used to the locking mechanism but boy does it make a difference when previously I had to fight with my old tool to not cut myself or take extra time fidgeting to get something screwed in. I'm not sure if the pouch will hold up for terribly long as I have some fraying of fabric happening, but I also scrape it a lot on cement walls at work so I can understand. Many zookeepers invest in Leatherman's which are amazing tools, but I can't bring myself to spend that much on a multi-tool and this has been an incredible tool so far so I would highly recommend!
I grabbed this to have on hand for little things around the house, looking for something that was sturdy and comfortable to use but not super expensive. It has a useful assortment of tools and the design is fairly ergonomic so they are easy to use. It's also reasonably sturdy and well built, I wouldn't trust it for heavy-duty applications but it's very useful in a pinch. The pliers in particular feel a bit weak so definitely grab your real pliers if you expect to need them, but as long as you're aware of the limitations and don't just go yanking on things these are fine. The tool looks and feels great as well, the semi-hollow frame is a great feature of the Gerber series (the Paraframe is my go-to utility knife) and cuts down the weight a bit. I ended up buying another as a gift for my dad who was really impressed by it. Easily the best tool I've seen at this price point.
