How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Well made, has what you need and not stuffed with stuff you will never use. Just slip it on your belt, and I have found I use it far more than I thought I would. And its far better than cheap off brand name multitools I've had in the past. Buy it, you'll like it! Its saved me from having to dig out my tool set several times.
I have been a maintenance engineer for 35 years and have used many different multi tools this by far is the best one I’ve ever used. I hope they never discontinue this one. I bought two more just in case they did.
This multi-tool is amazing. The pliers work as well as any purely dedicated set of needle nose that I have every used. Other tools are thoughtfully placed. I love the locking mechanism that keeps the blades in place as I use them keeping them from accidently closing on hands when using. Would not change a single thing about this.
As the title states I, over the years now, have purchased 3 of these and they are all still functioning perfectly and no corrosion. These have come up on sale a few times now, first being when I decided to try it over the usual higher priced brands and was very happy with it so every time I see it come on sale I can't stop from getting another just to keep handy in say, every vehicle, bicycle trunk bag, etc.
As an infantryman who has to constantly keep his weapon clean, this Gerber is awesome. It's not the fanciest, but for its price point being what it is I have no gripes. It has everything you need to scrape carbon and fix double feed jams etc.
Favorite multi tool to have on the job.
This is an amazing multi-tool for the price. I work for a non-profit disaster relief organization and carry a multi-tool on my belt every single day. I carried this one for over a year and I loved it. I love the spring loaded pliers and the tools lock in place.
This product is as described. It has all the regulator tools expected in a multi tool. All of the tools can be opened without opening the tool itself and lock into place. The locking system has two slide locks, that have to be pushed down at once to release the lock to subsequently close the tools. The knife came razor sharp out of the box which is very surprising for a multi tool but I don't know why I expected any less from Gerber. The pliers are spring loaded which is a nice touch. This tool feels solid, noting feels lose when the tools are open, and the material appears top notch.
I recommend this tool to any one and everyone. And if you find that you use it everyday and wear it everyday, then maybe it would be time to upgrade. But for everyone else, this will be more than you'll ever need
Works Great
I love the tool but the case is not worth a nickel. You would think that they would charge more and deliver a decent case with the purchase. I got mine just before Christmas and have lost it already due to a case that is not worth a nickel. I am going to get another one and have a custom case made.
