How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I committed to work once a week 14 miles each way. Half the year is in the dark and you need a tail light so cats can see you.

Very nice light. It shines VERY bright and it just looks cool. Several options / fast or slow flash / continuous. Light weight and it came fully charged with usb cable and velcro strap. I would not hesitate to buy it again, it's a great buy for a very low price.
This is the best bike tail light on the market. It is very bright, has great battery life, releases from the clip easily and one of the easiest pieces of gear I have in my bike.
This is the light to get for the rear of your bike if you want to avoid getting hit by a car. The light is extremely bright and visible, and it lasts for hours before recharge is needed. I have used it in several very long rides and in rainy wet weather without any issues.

This light is SUPER BRIGHT and no joke. Extremely visible during the day and blinding at night, so be mindful of those in it's view. Battery life is excellent, unit construction is plastic but feels solid, mounting hardware is standard. It gets the job done well and exceeded my expectations.
Wow, this little light sure puts out the lumens! I am impressed with the brightness but have not tested the longevity of the rechargeable battery. There are more flashing/light options than one really needs. So you will find the one you like. The recharging plug is an older Samsung design and not a newish C style. No deal breaker there,. I was concerned whn I read about the quality, or lack thereof, on the bracket that is used to hold the light unit onto the bike frame or other location. Frankly, the quality is about the same an any other light I have used on bike for the last four decades. No problem. It seems to work just fine. I am pleased with this light as long the battery lasts as long as claimed.
Riding buddy says he can still clearly see my flashing light at least a mile away. Several modes allow you to suit your preference for flashing sequence. The flashing modes are adjustable for rate. The constant and fade in/out modes are adjustable for brightness. This allows you to tailor light for ambient conditions and desired battery life.
Had it less than a month so I have only used it a handful of times. I bought it so I’m seen in the daytime as I mainly ride in the day. In my group rides when I’ve been trying it out I was told by a few different people behind me to turn it down (which I did), good to know that during the day I had to turn it down so I know it will be noticeable when I’m riding alone during the day. As I said, I’ve only had it a short while so durability and water resistance- time will tell. If there’s no update, I haven’t had an issue yet.
Bought other lights but this is obviously way brighter. Not cheap but worth it!

It’s bright as heck, that’s why you’re buying this. Buying a second one because somebody stole it during a poop stop at a train station. Next time I’m bringing this along to the loo.
Nice and bright. Does not fit my old mount on my Topeka rack, so I’ll have to adjust my mount or buy the one for it. Even so, it’s a great tail light.

Very bright, I like the multiple flashing modes available. Charged quickly, will see how long the light lasts before requiring a recharge.
I particularly like the slowest double-flash setting which is very visible even in bright daylight while not being too obnoxious. The summer's been pretty dry so far, so I can't vouch for its water resistance, but I don't see anything that looks likely to fail. The USB cover fits securely. Haven't had to charge it much, though... lasts a very long time at this setting.
I have used Cygolite products for years. They are lightweight, reliable and last for years. The new 350 is their best effort yet. This thing is seriously bright and has lots of flashing patterns to choose from with adjustable flashing speeds.
