How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I love this multi port access hub. It allows me to turn my tablet into a multi functional laptop. I use my tablet for teaching online classes. With this extension device, I can add a full size mouse and external speakers for better sound clarity. I also have the option of connecting my phone and speakers without having to disconnect any of my devices. A time saver and convenience all in one

I purchased this item because I have a USB device connected to my pc that prevents the MB Bios check from passing on reboot without the USB device being unplugged. Now I can power that item off via the usb switch without having to unplug the device until after reboot.
This works great on laptops when you only have 2 USBs available and you have to run a zoom meeting for class with a ring light, external webcam, and of course your external mouse to make things easier. I like that you have a button for each port to power on/off and the light doesn't stay on all the time even when powered off like other brands. I also power a bluetooth mic and external speaker from it when my pc is not in use. SO far so good and I have it for about a month now .... YAY!

This is a very useful accessory for a laptop which has only two built-in conventional USB ports. I recommend.
I've been using this hub for a couple of months on my four year old ASUS laptop. I have a Microsoft USB wired mouse, a logitech USB wired keyboard, up to 2 4TB Western Digital My Passport hard drives and sometimes an XQD or SD card reader plugged into it. I also charge my Garmin bike computer, and a bicycle headlight and taillight on the charging ports. Everything works great. The only issues I've had is two incidents where my computer would not start back up properly when I had put it in sleep mode. No idea what happened, but it hasn't happened again recently. I do backups to the external hard drives and have had no glitches with that. Speed seems the same as when the drives are plugged into the USB 3.0 ports on the laptop. I've restored a few files from the backups. No problems reading my XQD or SD cards. Speed seems good with those too. I recommend
Nice quality Hub. I was very apprehensive at first since I would have HDD's and SSD's along with flash cards for ready boost and if it failed it could cost me a lot of accumulated stuff. I have backups to the backups but a hub is a common connection and a fault could result in a common disaster. I installed a T5 to supplement this setup and I triple backup the most important and meaningful stuff to it. It's on a separate power source. I'm very comfortable with this setup. I also will only have half of my backups active at the same time as an extra precaution. This HUB seems well built and I have confidence this will all work out fine. Recommend :)))
