How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I have been using this toothbrush for just a few days now and so far I really like it. I'm still getting the hang of it but when I'm done brushing, my teeth feel like they are clean. I also have to get my 4 quadrants of my teeth cleaned in the 30 seconds the timer goes off. Still getting the hang of using it but so far I like it. Good brush!!!!
I love the two intensity choices. I typically use the higher one which is quite forceful, but I like having the option to tone it down. I also like the extra features like the noise it makes to let you know you're pushing too hard and the beeping to let you know it needs charging soon. Overall, this toothbrush gives you an incredible bang for your buck. You won't be disappointed.
And i am soooooo happy I did. With the first use my teeth finally felt clean again. I didn’t realize just how bad a job the quip had been doing. Dental hygiene is kinda a big deal for me, so I am really happy. Its great.

I'm very happy with this tooth brush although I will stick to this model rather than the upgraded more expensive Phillip's Model Sonic toothbrushes.
I’ve had this for two weeks and love it.
While it cost a bit more than I wanted to pay, it is a really good toothbrush.
I have always been an analogue tooth brush user, but after this I have been converted.
The toothbrush delivery was fast with no problems.
The toothbrush appears to be a significant improvement over the one I had from 6 years ago. It runs smoother and is quieter and more compact. It feels good, and the pressure sensor looks to be helpful.
Teeth feel amazing after brushing with this. I love it. At first my guys bleed really bad but now they don’t. I really love this keeps your teeth clean longer too because it cleans them so well.
My last one worked for 6 years until the rubber seal started to disintegrate. I bought this, much lighter, smaller, and ultimately the sonicare is working wonders for my gums. I still get told I don’t floss correctly, but I’ve been cavity free forever and my gums are maintaining their levels.
I really enjoy—this electric toothbrush. The last one I had for 2 years weirdly malfunctioned and started vibrating on and off so I knew it was time to get a new one. I think the price range is perfect, not too expensive. I do not travel with my electric toothbrush. I keep it at home.
My teeth feel so clean. This works great. Although I liked my oral b round head rotating brush, I love the way my gums feel massaged after using this one. I also like that it’s pink.
I should never have switched to another brand. My dentist and hygienist also recommended this brand.

Feels a little weird at first, but amazing once your used to it. Cleans very well, easy to clean, long lasting battery, pressure sensor let's you know when you brush too hard, and timer makes noise every 30 seconds and shuts off after two minutes. So convenient,

I love this toothbrush! I accidentally dropped the same toothbrush which did not break so it is very durable. I was nervous it wouldn’t work still so I immediately ordered a new one. But…. It still works, so I am putting the new one in my travel bag.
My dentist tells me I’m getting old and recommended this product. It provides a thorough cleaning while no damaging my aging enamel.
My teeth are noticeably cleaner and feel much smoother. Wish there was a travel case for this though.
I have had to replace a couple as they do have a limited lifespan. This model is sleeker and light weight. I have been using it for weeks without any problems. Arrived on time and in excellent packaging.
