How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It’s perfect for my dog and could be any dog too because when I take her out I have to prepare a water bottle, waste bag and treats with all separate bags for her but since I bought this item, it’s so convenience to bring only one. Less carry and east carry and less mess too. This is perfect for any dogs. Btw my dog is over 55pb English bulldog. Highly recommended

We bought this to take our dog on a hike. good results! We clip it to the hiking bag or tie it to the waist without any problems. We give the dog water after feeding the dog food. After drinking the water, press and hold the button. The remaining water in the bowl will return to the bottle. We don’t need to add water frequently.
It is a nuisance for me whenever I take my dog for an excursion and this bottle provides a perfect solution as it carries water and dog food at the same time. What's more, it is easy to take with.
The bottle works far better than I originally thought, the only disadvantage is when using it it keeps the outside flap wet so that you need a paper towel or cloth or it will wet anything you put the bottle into after using it.
This bottle is exactly what I wanted. It’s compact and provides a soft, flexible dish to fill with water. It’s easy to pour the leftover water back in for later in long walks. The color is pretty too!
I left my Water bottle at a restaurant in FL (ugh!) and had to reorder one. Arrived recently and they have added a belt clip to the strap. Love this and so does my dog on these hot, humid DC area summer days!!
I was super excited to get this. I usually make my doggo carry all of her stuff when we go on hikes, and her fold up bowl always flopped around and bugged her. When we got this, washed it, filled and then tried to get her to drink from it she was terrified and ran way. I had to chase her around to get her to drink out of it, but she finally did it and now has no problems. The leaf is a little harder to flip out into the bowl position than we were expecting, but its not too bad. I like that the botte is curved in the middle because we are easily able to strap it to her harness right on her back without it bouncing around. We purchased this recently, so it has only been tried out 'in the field' a few times, but so far there has been no leaking, and I would recommend it for other active dogs.
This is very easy to use and light enough that it's easy to take on our walks. The only thing I wish it had that if didn't come with is some sort of belt clip. My dog Beau loves having water on our walks when it's so hot out, and he has play dates with his girlfriend Peaches! He even bought one for her. I like to squeeze the water out slowly while he's drinking so it's like he's drinking from a water fountain. So far it seems durable, but we are only a few day into using it. I am hoping that there are replacement water bottles available in case the one if comes with cracks or leaks.
I do bring an extra bottle of water but this water bottle for my dogs works great. All you have to do is pull the bowl part down, pop it open and slowly pour the water out. It does come out a little fast, especially when its full. Really easy to refill. The wrist handle makes it easy to carry but also fits in my backpack with no issues. Even when this is on it's side, it doesn't leak. Its perfect for long walks and hiking trips. Easy to clean too, just put it in the dishwasher. Plus my dogs had no issues or hesitation to drink out of it.
Wonderful idea. You can carry water for your pooch to drink on hot summer days. It has a strap for carrying and the bottle weighs next to nothing. Easy to clean and add water. The only bad thing is my Lab will not drink out of it. I've carried it for about a week. Maybe because Labs have a tendency to be real slobs when drinking water (sort of like a horse). I did pour water over his head with it on a hot day and it did not seem to bother him. Wish he would drink out of it. Worth a try if you want to carry water for your dog.
This product is much more convenient than collapsing bowls that still require a source of water. It's also less likely to be tipped over by your dog.
This has done everything I want and proven to be durable. The dog loves it. Highly recommended.
Very nice watering bottle for my dog..as well as for sharing at the dog park too. It takes a bit to get the right amount of pressure to squeeze the water out but after that, this is so awesome. I just clip it on my belt & we are ready to go hiking. My dog prefers running water rather than a bowl so he gets a good drink out of this. I am very pleased with this.
This bottle is easy to fill, remains flat so stands in the refrigerator (other similar bottle did not). It's easy to clean and our dog is able to quench his thirst when the leaf is turned over and used as a up. Great handle or use the hook to hang from purse or pants etc.
This is a high quality water bottle for dogs. It takes some training for the dog to know to drink...that's the dogs problem. I would make a more positive locking cap for the top to prevent leaking due to temp change. With cold water in the bottle, as it warms up it leaks into the pack. It also loosens the press on rubber stop. Could be a problem. Thanks
Love this and would recommend for any pet owner. We have a Noregian Elkhound in South Carolina this works perfectly on warm walk days. Our dog can drink easily from it. Also very convenient on rids back and forth to Michigan.
The pet water dispenser we received has been excellent so far. it solves the problem hydration our dogs on short walk, portable, easy to carry, easy to use. We live in South Florida, so even on twenty minute walks the dogs need to rehydrate or serious adverse health issues can occur. I highly recommend this product.
I have both a 4lb yorkie and a 65lb German mix, this product works really well for both. I was worried it might not work for my German mix because of the size of her mouth. I was so wrong it works great! She gets to drink plenty no problems!
I have two dogs, and figured to use this with my active puppy. My older dog, about 8 years old, is stubborn when it comes to anything new. I have tried to use so many different methods to give him water while away from home. From purchasing numerous different water bottles, to a collapsable water bowl, finally resorting to either carrying an actual dish with me, or giving him water in small amounts from my hand. When I was giving my puppy water from this bottle, my older dog came over and actually used it too! I wish I had found this years ago, it would have saved so much trouble, as well as a ton of money.
