It's easy to use. I can use whole body workout. I got 200 lbs and it's worth it. I have no issues. It's safer to use and have no problem better then weights.
After years of just using weights( dumbbells ), after dealing with Covid and canceling my gym membership( last year ) I found that the straps and bands or more resistible yet needed and have a better range of motion.

Not sure why anyone would give it a 1 star rating; this works as expected. I was looking for something that would help me maintain my strength while gyms are shut down due to the Covid-19 virus. This seems to be able to do that perfectly. I'd say I'm an intermediate lifter and my 1 rep max for bench press is only 185. I bought the green camo which is supposed to be 150lbs of resistance and I can honestly say that the last inch or so of straightening out my arms are extremely difficult when using this flat on my back. This should be enough resistance for me to build strength too.
I have been struggling during quarantine because I cannot go to my gym and lift weights. I have used my previous bands and had to try to double wrap them to get good resistance on compound movements like bench and row... BUT THIS... this is heavy... this is perfect. I have not done a full workout w/ it yet b/c I am in class online right now, but I laid down and did a floor press and I couldn't fully lock out it was that heavy. (you can remove the bands though to make it lighter)... I tried rows with my feet in it, and it was amazing!!!! Great squeeze. The main piece is thick enough that it doesnt slip so you have a good base to really use that strength! GREAT PURCHASE!

You won’t get ripped with this device but it will tone you, space saver for small spaces good for travel. Good resistance from the bands wish it would have come with the chest press bar. Some of the exercises are nearly in possible like the push-up but I’m happy with the purchase

Great value for the money! I’ve used this for chest presses, lat pull downs, bicep curls, improvised a pec deck... pretty much anything you can imagine if you get creative! It’s really solid and easily customizable.
My husband really like this kind of work out equipment. Its easy on his back and gives him a good work outbwity out having to go to the gym. It the time of covid we have pretty much switched to all of our gym equipment being home based.
Exactly what I needed for bench press. My other bands were to long and I didn’t want to put a knot in them causing more wear and tear. These are perfect for my arms length.
I purchased this item in the hopes to find something that will supplement workouts as the gyms in my area are now closed due to the pandemic. My husband absolutely loves this, after a couple of uses he said he can really “feel the burn” lol. A good addition to any home workouts.
The resistance was intense! Very impressed! Most bands do not work well for heavy resistance but this one is an exception. I have bands rated "150 lbs" that feel more like 45 lbs but this one states it gives up to 200lbs of resistance and feels accurate. It has three different resistance levels per arm.
I enjoy resistance band training. I find it gives my ligaments and joints an incentive to develop without risk of injury and the burn primarily from squeezes and slow movement intensify training. These bands are somewhat long so the resistance begins about half way through the press but they are perfect for deadlifts and other movements that put on unwanted stress to the back and such vulnerable joints.
Highly recommended. Solid quality and good for training.
