How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This lens is a true master piece! The image quality is amazing. I photograph birds with this lens and I get beautiful results. This lens is the best piece of photographic equipment I own. It is worth every penny I paid for it!

Absolutely love it from the moment I used it. Auto focus is amazingly fast for a huge telephoto lens. Tripod or no tripod & the overall performance is just amazing. This was my first morning shooting with the new lens. It exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds.
For the price, this is a very good long telephoto lens, and with a little practice I have been able to take some pretty good bird in flight photos. I am still working on getting used to hand holding this lens for long periods of time as the lens weighs a lot more than many more traditional portrait and landscape lens. Do yourself a favor and review a number of the many YouTube videos on this lens and focus on authors who are real photographers who use this lens for a living. I found that my keep ratio of photos went way up between my first and second outing with this lens after I invested time to better understand the camera and lens features that really impact your ability to take better pictures with this lens.
This scope has very clear optics for the money. I had purchased a bushnell trophy spotting scope before this one. It didnt gather light very well and was blurry especially @ anything over 20x zoom. This one is a totally different story. Very clear, even at 60x zoom. And it gathers a lot of light. I purchased this for spotting deer, it will work great.
So I use this mainly on the range for verifying hits on targets. This thing is large and heavy in a good way. It feels well made and should last plenty of use on the range. I can easily see hits on paper from 100 yds out to 500 yds. I use this on a heavy duty tripod to keep it steady. The images are clear and focusing is easy. The price is right and what you get feels like it should cost more.

Auto focus is fast, image quality fantastic. This lens is well build and I'm really enjoying it with my a7riv and a7iii

This lens exceeded my expectations and after extensive research I decided I'd give it a go. I love it and it takes sharp images. I've only have had it a day and I cant stop taking photos with it.

Really amazing photos when paired with the A7RIV. Just love it. Such a great lens, going to have to learn how best to use it because right now I'm just focused on animals but this is a great landscape lens too. Just went to Boston and got some amazing shots too.

I found this lens to perform exceptionally well for sport. It worked up to expectations as opposed to adapted zoom lenses.

I expected far worse AF performance considering it's just a G lens, but it works just as well as my 70-200 GM as far as I can tell on my A9ii. Great image quality and surprisingly comfortable even handheld.
It is a quality lens for my Sony 7r III.
Now it is my go to lens for birding. I've been using the 100-400GM before, with 1.4x teleconverter. Also used longer Canon primes with Metabones and Sigma adapters. I moved to Canons because of better peak picture quality at farther distances, but autofocus isn't too great. This lens has good AF, 600mm and longer reach with a teleconverter and picture quality of my Canon lenses.
Very well built, makes beautiful images with Sony A7r iii.

I have 20/20 vision and this thing can see things I probably wouldnt even be able to see with binoculars! This is nothing short of a telescope and incredibly high quality imaging. Maybe one day theyll release a version with even lower aperture!
Image stabilization is great! When having all this zoom power you need great stabilization if you don’t have a tripod. This lens does not disappoint!
Love that the zoom is all internal. Makes it easier to adjust zoom on the fly when handheld. While kind of big, it's still comfortable carrying since it's not overly heavy. (I don't typically use a monopod or tripod, so was worried this might not be practical. No issues though wirh carrying it around all day!) The price is also great for the quality of lens you're getting.
This lens is great when in auto focus you can over ride if you wish and adjust to your liking. Great images from 200-600. I like it better than my 100-400 Sony

This lens does not inspire buyer's remorse. It does what you expect and want from a lens in this range. If you have a Sony body and want nice reach with crisp pix treat yourself!
Compact for what it does with a great reach. If you can justify spending $2000 buy one. It’s a fantastic telephoto for wildlife or photographing the moon.

I have had this lens for a year now and OH MY GOSH, such a good investment. Perfect for wildlife, portraits, dog photography, landscape, travel, it’s perfect for everything and anything. The compression at 600mm is 👌. I have never had a problem with the Autofocus, build quality is fantastic, the glass elements look great!
Amazing lens, sharpness on par with the Sony FE 100-400 GM lenses I normally rent out. Autofocus motor keeps up with my Sony A7M3 when I shot motorsports with it, my primary use for this lens.
