How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

My son loved his gift. He loves nature and animals. Now With this monocular, he’s always observing all of the birds on our backyard and the lizards. Since it can be attached to my phone, achieve a 40x60 magnification more effectively It also comes with a cute tripod which makes it easier to use when attaching the phone to it.

Comes with everything you need. We use this to watch the birds at our feeders 30'-50' away. Works great. Ya have to be a bit mechanically inclined to hook up the phone/picture taking adapter. I'd highly recommend this monocular.
I love it. I love the fact it is light & easy to carry about. It is crisp & clear. I like the versatility that I can bring it everywhere because it is compact size. I wanted binoculars for the beach but didn't want salt and sand coating my expensive binoculars. These binoculars are really inexpensive but deliver a surprisingly good image. I'm sure if I used them for prolonged periods I'd discover all the flaws but for casual scans in an environment filled with salt spray and sand these are perfect. Standard size and weight, not pocket-sized. Very basic neck strap and carrying case.
I wanted decent binoculars at affordable price for my hiking adventures. The main purpose would be to scan area known for presence of bears and also to observe wildlife. Ive come across deer and other animals but couldn’t see them well enough without magnification . These binoculars are outstanding ... especially considering the price. You can’t go wrong with this purchase . Ive seen cheaply made binoculars at local sporting goods store for way more. These binoculars are well made , the image is crisp . I recommend it.
Nice size to take shooting with me and help me see the target and evaluate progress. Much faster to use than my standard shooting scope. Fast focus clear lens!
Great binoculars for bird watching. We live on a nature preserve in Florida and I need good magnification for identifying the birds on the other edge of the preserve probably 150 yards away. I had 8 X 42 binoculars that cracked in half falling off of a chair onto outdoor carpeting. I started looking at expensive ones $2400-$2600 that were all 8 X 42 but they had the names of Zeiss or Swarovski attached to them. I kept reading how clear the images were. I really wanted clearness. I would have liked bird identification inside the lenses for that price. When I came across the light weight binoculars that had 40 times the magnification instead of the 8 times I thought this is really what I want. I got them and the first thing I looked at was the migrant osprey across the preserve high in a tree. I have been watching her fro about 5 days. I could not believe the difference. I could see her feet and she was eating a fish. I am really glad I did not spend $2400. I always said you get what you pay for but maybe this time I really got a great deal. They are also very light weight.
This Monocular is so much easier to carry around when you compare it to the bulky size of binoculars and it's a good price. Plain and simple I will get lot's of use from this Monocular for many years to come.
The zoom and the focus are very easy to use with just a twist on the outside of the Monocular you can make adjustments in a quick twist. It looks to be very well built and should be able to resist the normal wear and tear that comes with camping and hiking and carrying it around in your pocket.
The size is great because it fits into the pocket on My jacket and I can get it out when there is something I want to look at while I am out and about, to give you an idea of how much zoom this thing has I took a picture with My cell phone. Through the eyepiece and out in the open at the same magnification on both pictures to show how much this Monocular zooms in on things, the mountain peak I was taking the picture of is about 10 to 15 miles away and it's impressive how much you can see.
I love the size and the feel of this Monocular. It has been all rubberized coated and that gives it a good feel when you are holding it in your hand not like plastic that wants to slip out of your hand when you barely let go.
