How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Well designed, compact, very bright when you need it.
I am a home/property inspector, and I use this very bright flash light all day. It is durable, it is very bright, and it has a flood to beam control (move head up or down). It can also double as a self-protection tool in that, anyone stacking you, you flash it in his face, and, voila, he has a change of mind.
I use it for my job rounds. It's a bit slippery to hold at times but I put friction tape on it. It is reliable, bright and tough as nails.

This little tank is well made. Bright as hell. 3 settings. I was blown away at how bright it is for it's size. Not pocket size but not too big to store in your glove box or jacket. Focused beam and shines well over 100yds. Best brand light I've ever owned. A beast indeed.
This flashlight is really strong with a metal body, nice metal handle to grip and very bright light.

I'm a home inspector, and our flashlights is hour number one tool that we use all day everyday. The Coast XP11R is the best flashlight I've ever used and I recommend it to all of my inspector friends. The single button is user-friendly and easy to use, and if you long press the button you get a turbo mode that is like a bright flood light. The way the lens adjusts the beam is absolutely brilliant. It makes everything one handed operation. And my favorite feature is the USB C port for charging it. It sits on my Dash plugged in all the time so it's always ready to go. This thing is solid Construction, it has a very nice grip and hand feel, and it's extremely durable. I've dropped mine a number of times to the point where the aluminum around the lens is pretty dinged up, but it takes the abuse and it's a fraction of the price of the Fenix brand that most of my inspector friends use.
I've only had this for a couple of weeks so far but I use it almost every day to walk the dogs in the dark autumn mornings. At first, the cycle of Medium, High, Low seems a little odd but once I started using it, it actually works great for me. Generally, medium is perfect for my needs. Once you've stayed on a power setting for a couple of seconds, the next click just turns it off, so you don't have to always cycle through all the options. The Turbo setting is unbelievably bright for a flashlight this size and I like the 2-second hold to engage it. I find it very easy to slide the lens back and forth for narrow and wide beam with one hand. I can't completely speak to the battery life yet but after several hours of use, it's still going strong on its first charge. Overall, I'm very impressed with this light and thinking about getting a couple more of them.
Bright and compact size. Haven't used it long enough at one time to rate battery life but 2 hours I had it on still showed full charge.
I am an aircraft mechanic and work on large planes outside every night, part of my routine work is to look at the exterior of the aircraft from the ground and part of the plane are as far as 60 ft high and painted with a dark color so I need a bright light to be able to see defects that may be there.
This light in the highest light mode will provide enough light for about 30 seconds before reducing light output and is bright enough for the top of the vertical stabilizer inspection, on the continuous bright mode has enough light output for everything else I need to do.
I charge the battery every couple nights, and I’ve never had it with the red charge indicator.
I’ve bought MANY flashlights…too many. Always searching for the perfect blend of brightness, battery life (HUGE quality), and lightweight. All for walking my dog at nighttime. This is by far and away the best flashlight I’ve ever bought and thankfully, I think I’m done buying more. BTW I never write reviews, good or bad, but this one is worthy as again, I’ve bought sooo many different flashlights at many price points. By far and away…the best!

No more buying AAA batterys that only last a few days, just plug it into a phone charger and it's ready to go the next morning. I get 2-3 days of intermittent use before needing a recharge.
I like it, is made with attention in every parts, even in the logic of turning it on with the various degree of luminosity.
Bought this to replace a flashlight that used C batteries because I was tired of having to buy them all the time. I only use it for a few minutes every night when I take the dog outside, so I might only have to charge it once a month or so. The default brightness is usually plenty bright for my use, but it's nice to have higher brightness settings for when I want to see farther away.
Also, it seems pretty durable, as I've dropped it a couple times onto hard surfaces and it barely has a scratch. All in all, I'm very happy with this flashlight
