How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
So far so good light is bright. Wasn't expecting this much lumens at this price point.
Was debating this purchase cause in my mind I wouldn’t be riding at night, and then it started getting dark quick. Glad i brought this took a pitch black trail and lite up the entire thing.

My son often bikes with friends. I was worried about dusk and early evening. I tried reflectors and some leds but was still uncomfortable. These were so easy to install. He really likes them and doesn't feel like they are embarrassing to use. He is 14. He is very visible. The headlight works great for him to see as well as be seen. We haven't had long enough to evaluate the battery life yet. So far great!

I'm guessing all the reviews about losing the rear light were due to improper install into the mount. I've bought 3 kits so far and no problems. If you don't slide it into the mount straight, it can appear locked on, but it is cocked and will fall out. Charge them prior to each ride so they don't die on you.
Being retired I relish the time I now have. One item I enjoy is riding my bicycle day or night. This replaced another brand that wasn’t water resistant. This one has lasted through a good drenching and still works. It’s bright enough to see at night & with the tail light flashing I feel more secure that cars can see me
A great light source for my evening rides. It fits well on my Schwinn.
Snapping the lights into the sockets is easy and I especially like not having to change batteries. Another nice feature is how I can turn the sockets to make the light face different directions, or in the case of the rear light, different orientation (e.g. having a vertical red light). I also like having different mounting types (I prefer the screw-on for the front light but I need the flexibility of a silicon for the rear one)
I haven't used them long enough to say how well the battery life is, but using the slightly-dimmer light level hasn't drained a lot to require multiple charges during the week. Nonetheless, a good set for the price.

I have used it for night right about an hour, the light is very bright and easy enough to install to my bike, so far so good. Battery life unknow at this moment, but I assume it will be long enough. Highly recommended

I purchased this item with the intention of night riding. It is quality made. Several light modes on front and rear. Rechargeable. Detachable anti theft feature. Easy installation. Adapters provided to fit most bikes. The thing that most impressed me with this company was the outstanding customer service. The tail light was not working properly. I reached out to them to inform of issue. Response was immediate. Received a quality replacement within days. I plan on purchasing another set for different bike. I strongly recommend purchasing.
Holy moly it's bright...this is a Winner...best light I have ever purchased...if you want a bright light for your bike this is the one..plus they throw in a tail light..I charge every Sunday...
The lights are super Bright and the batteries last a couple hours on high.
We go on bike rides every night (it's too hot during the day now).
I use Aufu Magnetic Chargers and I don't have to take the lights off to charge (last picture shows the charging stations).
Great product
I bought this for my bike and fitted in easily. Both the headlight and taillights are bright. I like them flashing and the flashing is bright enough to be seen by a good distance. Very happy with the product. Most importantly, they don't use replacement batteries, but easily charged using the calbe.
