How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Easy to install. Works well. The light has many different modes and can go from very dim to very bright. Switching between the light modes is not very intuitive so be sure to go through the manual

Very good product
My family and I recently began riding our bikes and decided to buy this light for extra safety. It was easy to install and charge. The brightness is perfect for the needed visibility incase you are stuck out in a trail after the sun sets. I would recommend!
This is a great little light. It stays charged for a long time. It’s pretty rugged so it won’t break easy. I like that it has two settings for brightness. I put it on my walker for my evening strolls. It was very easy to attach. Terrific Buy!
Love it. More than sufficiently bright for my application (bike trails and city biking). I tend to charge it about every weekend just to be safe, but i use it every day of the week so i don’t want it to die on me.
When i was shopping for a light to extend my cycling adventures into the late evenings i was worried id shell out money and get something that was barely adequate. With this light on my handlebar (and the NiteRider Solas 100 on my seat post) i have zero issues biking into full darkness. Last night i went out at 8pm on a foggy misting windy October night for an 11 mile ride on the rail trail. With the light on its lowest normal setting (not the ultra low power map light) i was able to see adequately, but because it was kind of foggy and misting i bumped it up to its middle setting and found that to be perfect.
I've used it for 3 hours for dozens of rides at the middle setting and it has not run down.
This is the best mountain bike light and the only one i use. It's super bright, can handle the bumbs of extremely rocky downhills and still stays in place, it swivels so you can adjust the beam to wherever you need it. I would highly recommend this to any night riders!!
I like the stream-lined design as well. It's a. Good size and shape for such a bright and powerful lite system. You get what you pay for here for sure.
Casts a very bright and wide light so there are no surprises. On the lowest light setting, you can ride for hours without any loss of brightness. I have gone through more than a dozen so called rechargeable bike lights and this is by far the very best.

This light is VERY bright. I rode in the woods yesterday till around dusk (early spring ride). The light projects far down the trail and has a nice halo. However even on the lowest setting the light is intense, pointing the light directly in front of the wheel washes things out a bit. I will adjust this light to be pointed much further out and a lower lumen light to be pointed closer to my front wheel.

Very portable! just what I needed!
This light is very bright and does a decent job of throwing light in front of your bike. The beam pattern is somewhat narrow for use on the bars and therefore we are using this as a helmet mounted lamp. Paired with another bar-mounted light we are very happy with the results.
