How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I love this gripper. I use it every day on my drive. It is a crazy workout to do individual fingers.Even if you are just starting I would get the one that does higher weight so you can start building your strength.

I purchased this to strengthen my hand, in particular my left index finger after it was mauled by a large dog, as a musician it was devastating but this simple tool has made a world of difference. Get yourself one.
I bought this to strengthen my fingers for bass guitar playing. I Iike that the spring pressure is adjustable for each finger. The adjustment mechanism isn't the best but it works. Like some other reviews, about my only complaint is that the mechanism binds somewhat on my pinky and this is my weakest finger so it's especially difficult. It would be better if the plungers weren't in a perfectly straight line. Perhaps an adjustable per-finger angle would be better to get each finger to line up and push the plungers straight down without binding. Not sure. I'd buy one again and still use it every day.
I purchased this so I could perform my physical therapy (PT) exercises at home. This is a well made unit and has been used daily for several months. Helped my shorten my PT time. Easy to grip plus the resistance is adjustable. Just be certain to get the correct resistance range when purchasing.

This works great! You can easily exercise your thumb and all fingers individually. I am not that strong so have them set on light, but can still do 30 reps. I should be able to work my way up to higher resistance.
This product fits my needs very well. It's very comfortable It fits my hand perfectly and doesn't move around when applying pressure.

My husband was looking for some kind of easy to use hand exerciser so that he could get more strength in his fingers and forearms. He plays guitar and needs to have stronger fingers for longer playing gigs. Also, he plays golf and wanted something to kind of strengthen his grip and forearms. This little gadget seems to have done the trick. It is easy to work and watches tv as he works his fingers and hand to exercise. He is very happy with this product.
I use them pressing down with my finger tips. It's easy enough on the lowest tension setting for all fingers but my pinkies. I have managed to do 13 reps before my pinkie couldn't do any more. It's easy enough if you use what I'd call the pad of your fingers giving you leverage, but going straight down in more of a clawing type movement with the tips is much tougher. A female might not be able to use them for the finger tip squeeze, at least at first.
This is an excellent product. Would purchase again.
I bought this hand strengthener as a guitarist who is moving to bass. I find that I need more strength to play cleaner with bass since the strings are heavier. I really enjoy how smooth it feels, and the rubberized ends make it easier on the hand. There's also simulated guitar strings if you take off the palm rubber!
The gripper helps me exercise my hand joints. I was unsure about the strength actual tension, but with the vari-grip, the initial tension was just right.
My fingers hurt, but I guess that means it's working. I have ulnar nerve entrapment and a friend recommended this product to me. So far, it has been extremely difficult to use, but I am starting to notice a difference in my fingers.
Very comfortable and easy to use with either hand
I purchased both the pro and the non-pro version of this product. I am a relatively new guitarist who was looking for help in making bar chords. I purchased these after reading a suggestion from another guitarist. I used both this grip and the non-pro version religiously for three while working on bar chords and feel it really helped me reach my goal.
Among my top 10 purchases of all time. Right price, perfect quality, and quick results too. I have a lot of free time on my job so now I have a good way to keep my fingers strong even if I'm not able to pick up my guitar each day. Perfect for bassists like me. (Update) After 2 months of frequent exercising, my fingers are much stronger and I maxed it out. They also make a stronger one so I will be buying that soon.
I've been using vari grip for 2 weeks now and I can tell the difference. It has improved my finger strength ,especially on my left hand . I just started playing guitar and noticed I needed to get the left hand up to speed. It's working ,much easier time pressing on the strings,and since the resistance is independent to each finger, you can build strength and coordination at the same time. But besides improving my guitar skills, my overall hand strength is better. Something you should never take for granted.
I like everthing about it so far, I I started playin guitar again after a long lay off and use it to increase strength in the weaker fingers.
