I have worn this product for a few weeks and it definitely makes a difference in my snoring. I always feel like I cannot get enough air through my nose at night and this totally solved the problem.
This product was what I needed to help me breathe better at night and worked pretty well.

I think the nose vents are helpful, and open the airways. Once you find your correct fit they are very beneficial to breathing and snoring while sleeping. I like how this set comes with a lot of sizes, and two of each size. It takes a few days to get used to.
It's the first time I've slept so well. I've had a snoring problem my whole life and I've used vaporizers, acupuncture, and medical sprays but nothing helped. My sister would complain about my snoring every night which is why I decided to give this a try and I really am amazed at how well this little gadget did it's job. I am really satisfied and will definitely buy this again. Not sure how long this would last as it's my first time using it.

It was hard to use at first, but once you get use to it, it works as advertised. No snoring, breathe easy, best product i ever bought, ever. My sleep apnia machine didnt even stop me from snoring, as it was never a nasal issue, it is the collaps of the soft tissue in the lower esophogus. This item pulls upwards so it will not collape.
It did help with my snoring. My tongue is too big for my mouth. During the night I do feel the tongue sleeve but it doesnt wake me and it's not uncomfortable.
There’s a very fine line between too tight (cuts off the circulation in your tongue) and too loose (falls out during the night), but if you find the sweet spot it does the trick, even for a power snorer. Rinsing in hot water to soften right before using seems to help with the fit. After trying LOTS of other products, this is by far the most effective snoring preventer. Yes, it’s not super comfortable and it is not pretty, but it has helped us both sleep better. I’ve used it almost every night for almost 7 months with no sign of wear. Recommended!
The device is very soft silicone and the only part that could be problematic is the V that sits under the tongue. It takes some adjustment to get it just right. That said ..I am still getting acclimated after 4 nights I can wear it most of the night , I can now sleep on my back again (yay) and feel like my sleep is better. There is the drool factor but so far not any major episodes. Am hopeful that this will be a great alternative to a CPAP . Thank you!
I began using this for naps. After 3 weeks my tongue got used to it so it was ready for night time sleep. Just be sure to at least rinse it after every use. This makes for better adhesion of the tongue to the device.
After trying many brands of mouth guards, throat sprays, sleeping positions, etc I finally decided to give this goofy looking thing a try. Very glad I did as it is the only thing that has worked. Occasionally I will wake up noticing it but when you find the right amount of suction it actually is not uncomfortable. No sore jaw or excess drooling like with mouth guards. And so much cheaper than most other options. Highly recommend trying it.
I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and was prescribed a CPAP. I had an awful time getting use to wearing it. My mother, who has had sleep apnea for many years, told me that she recently discovered the tongue retainer, and really liked it. I bought this one (my mom paid $70 for some name brand one) and has been great. Stopped my snoring completely and works great at keeping my soft palate from closing my throat (sleep apnea).
I have tried everything, including c-pap, etc. NOTHING has worked! This little gizmo actually did the trick! It's a little hard to get used to - it only took me one night - but once you figure out the pressure seal & how much you need, it's very easy. I had a very painful nasal procedure to widen the structure of my nasal passages. Still, I could not breathe. I bought this product and have not awakened once not able to breathe through my nose. I've used this for several months now. Amazing vents. Glad I bought these. Make sure you're putting them in correctly. There is no fear of it falling off. They stay put all night. The have one vent over and over again. The same one has lasted months. I still have other vents left. Great deal for the price.

It’s taking some getting used to it but I’m happy with the results. I have the snore app and it definitely shows it works. I’m so pleased.
When I purchased this, I really did not know what to expect. It did take some getting used to. I mean it took a month or more. And, my lips were terribly irritated for a while, but I hung in there and my husband says that I am very quiet these days. I do think I get better quality sleep now.
