These are very comfortable for running, and are easier on my sore heels.
I have a very high arch and after doing a few run/walks at the gym I was having some ankle soreness. I replaced my OEM insoles with a pair of Currex high (blue) and the relief was instant. Perfect fit for my arch’s and also fit good in my Altra running shoes. The Currex really feels natural under foot and it has a heel cup that the original insole didn’t have which added some more comfort and stability to my foot and ankle.
Inserts fit well in shoe, provide great support, and last.
My 11 year old son has had terrible heel pain when running (no matter which shoes we bought) as well as pain after soccer from his cleats. Two weeks ago he ran his fastest mile in 8:32 and he was in tears and could hardly walk after his run. One week later, these came in and he immediately put them in his running shoes and asked to be timed. 6:20 mile the first time out. No heel pain after 2 miles. I immediately ordered 2 more pairs of these insoles. One for his cleats and one for his sister! He also says the arch support is just right as other runner's insoles we have tried have been too hard and/or high in the arch. Well worth the money spent!
I'm an avid runner (run 5 times x day, about 5 miles each run) and I use these w/my Brooks. Swap out every 9-12 months.
I'm a "masters runner" (49 yo) who has had an uptick in running aches and injuries (e.g. plantar fascitis, achillies tendonopathy, etc..) and was skeptical about trying another insole. I've tried several and none seemed to make a difference. I'm pleasantly surprised with these. They're low profile enough that they don't make me feel like it changes the overall profile of my running shoes, while still offering the support and cushioning to help my old-timer bones & tendons. Difficult to ascertain whether some of the benefits are causal or coincidental, but I've been feeling less aches and pains in the morning and during runs lately. Hope it keeps up!!

The footbed can be trimmed to size, but what I love about these is the narrower heel. They fit many shoes the others are too wide for. I have high arches, so use the blue one - it's perfect for me!
Recently purchased a new pair of walking shoes and didn't buy inserts. After two weeks, decided I had made a mistake - once again, thanks to these inserts I have no problems walking longer distances with no issues afterwards!!!
High arch fits my high arched foot perfectly. Nothing about it is obtrusive. Easy to slide in and out. Hoping it cures the rest of my plantar fasciitis.
I use my shoes for everyday wear. I have RA and these inserts help my comfort.
