How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Very pleased with the quality and functionality of this multimeter for the money.
This is a great meter. Functionally is great. I would recommend it.
I wanted an inexpensive multimeter to test small capacitors. This meter fit the goal perfectly. The indicator leds for which ports to plug into is nice. The included leads are OK, although I replaced them with a set of tweezer leads since this unit will have a specific purpose.
This replaced a Fluke that last over thirty years and over that time my need and use for the meter declined to the point that I wasn't willing to spend the money to buy another. So I'm happy to say that this item turned out to be a very acceptable replacement with a little bit of its own "AI" built-in. Bigger than the Fluke's even with their rubber cases so if you use your daily and on the move any personal carrier you already have might be a consideration unless you're "bagging" it. Depends on your work, otherwise a good buy.
it's wonderful, and honestly it looks really cool. In all seriousness, though, this is as accurate as I need it to be to mess around with 9v kits. I'm certain it could handle much more and do much more, but it's everything I need. It's one of my favorite tools at the moment.
I bought this because i work at a gym and need to work on equipment such as treadmills and stair stepper machines that have a lot of complicated electronics inside and this tool helps me figure out any issues with the machines and to fix said issues with ease.
This is the best multimeter for the price. It functions great has all the whistles and bells too. The NCV screen is a life saver. But the lighted correct ports is idiot proof tool that saves the multimeter.
It has a lot of nice features and so far they work. The non contact feature works really well. It can sense electricity further away than many other meters, just as good as a klein ncv pen I have, almost better.
This is the 4th of this multimeter I have purchased, two as presents for family and friends. It is a full featured meter that does more than many of the more expensive multimeters, including my much more expensive Fluke 177. The build quality and circuitry protection are far superior on the Fluke, and the Fluke's accuracy is somewhat better, but for ALMOST everything I do with a multimeter, the Kaiweets easily fills and even surpasses my needs.
Accuracy, I don't have another DMM to check against, but house voltage and car battery alternator output and battery voltage are at least in range, I have no reason to doubt that it is very accurate (especially seeing other reviews). The backlight is very good, this isn't a complaint, but I prefer an orange glow personally. The flashlight is SUPER useful, set on my car battery, the light is angled down making nightime last minute charging check-ups a breeze! I had a semi-minor issue (had to fiddle the dial to get it to work properly and was "rebooting" when rotating the dial) that the company resolved, they do stand behind their products and that alone earns respect from me. It also FEELS very sturdy, I have fairly large hands but it's very comfortable to handle for me. Kickstand is stable... BUY A CASE or keep the one it came in, I regret tossing the box, I feel this tool is worth taking care of (I abuse my tools, guilty!).
All tested functions on the meter work. The accuracy of the readings meets expectations. The ohm meter measured a 0.2 ohm resistor without changing digits. I found that to be a good indication of resolution for the meter. The temperature probe seemed to be accurate. It is in a sturdy case which looks like it could take a few drops off the counter. The display is easy to read. I like this meter.
This is a really good meter, just got it and it works as advertised.... if you're a newbie to meters make sure to push the leads all the way into the meter very firmly till they fully seat.
I would recommend the purchase.

For an inexpensive meter this does everything that I need it too,I'm a career maintenance man and bought this to replace one that I broke thinking my company would replace it. That was two years ago ,the price was so good I bought another one and passed my old one on to a guy learning the trade. Great price good meter grab one!
I bought this meter to help me trouble my home dryer. I did everything I wanted it to do. Great price point for the average person who doesn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for a Fluke meter.
This is a nice multimeter. I had my daughter buy one to find a circuit current draw in her car which was draining her battery. I then bought one to walk her through the process step by step. I already had a Craftsman unit but this has to auto-ranging feature which prevents you shorting out the meter. It feels good and sturdy in your hand. It’s easy to read and accurate. I suggest you buy the case and more leads for certain uses.

This meter gives good reading to trust. Inexpensive giving comfort to keep our and ready to use. With my more expensive meter it seemed like I needed to protect it while it was in use
Fairly accurate meter, nice layout and seems to be quite well built.
I have owned many multimeters, from flukes down to dirt cheap ones. I think this is perhaps one of the best. Its accurate, far beyond what 99.9% of people will need. The stand actually works, and you can use one hand to move the selector without knocking it over. The cover provides good protection. The display is easy to read. It comes with every function most people will need.
Many useful features for a multimeter. Great value- buy it, you will not be dissapointed.

I recently returned this meter because I didn’t push the connector all the way in. Was loose and inaccurate readings. Make sure you push it all the way down. Works great now
This multi tester is easy to use for the layman. The dial is easy to read and face read-out is clear.
This multimeter is great for beginners and experienced users. I love the way the plugs light up for each switch option, so you know where to plug the leads in for each setting.
I am using this meter for multiple projects. It’s easy to figure out because the tool flashes the correct slots to plug the probes in. It has features and functions that units 2 - 3 times more expensive have.

Very useful product for the price
Product is functionality/feature rich as advertised. I used to be a hardware engineer and loved my Fluke multimeters. I only needed this multimeter for small DIY electronic projects and working on house electrical tasks. I have no complaints. I also enjoy how well I can read the display. The look and feel of the meter is easy to use settings and feels like quality material that will handle a drop and keep working.
Pulled my meter out of the packaging, went up on the ladder, and moved in just the wrong way. The meter went down about 8 feet. No issues!!! Besides that, I love the little accessories that came with it. The screen is large and clear. This meter is bullet proof. Or maybe its just Gary proof! So far I love it and would recommend it.
I work in the electrical industry. I needed a meter for home use. It is a great meter for my use. The acquisition of reading what you want is a bit slow compared to more expensive meters. If you aren't reading mA from a PLC or something of that nature the meter will do everything you need. Great product.
