We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I’ve purchased MANY extended chargers for my iPhones. They only seem to work for one use and then die. Not these! I’ve used these for a few months now, with constant use and I’ve not had a problem with ANY of the chargers. I like the angle as well, makes it less likely to bend and expose wires.
Everything is working well so far. Part of the problem with all phone cords is that they “go out” but I have yet to see and wear and tear so hopefully it’ll stay that way
I love these chargers. They are so long, and the three pack is perfect. I have one in our theatre seating love seat from the outlet under the love seat into the center console it’s always there, my husband doesn’t have to steal it to use anywhere else since we each have one next to our side of the bed. Haha But the design is perfect. I can still use my phone while it’s charging and done have to bend the cord. That means they are lasting much longer because it won’t fray and break and the charging connection. I will definitely be buying more. They will be in my kids stockings this year. They will love them too.
Have enjoyed these since I have received them. So much more comfortable reading something in the bed with these plugged in. The cord doesn’t bend and leave a bad spot at the plug we’re the wires wear into from repetitive use. The charging capabilities seems to be well. Love the length, sometimes I don’t think I’m ever going to reach the other end of the cord where my plug is for the phone. Don’t hesitate to buy it, works well.
Good quality cords. No “device not authorized” message on my Apple devices. Charges my XS Max pretty quickly with the 8 watt cube I use (iPhone XS/XS Max and older come with a 5 watt cube), & the extra length is great. One cord no longer works, but that’s less an issue of a faulty cord and more an issue of our teething Belgian Malinois puppy getting a hold of it. The other two are several months old and showing no signs of wear or of stopping. Good buy!
These are very sturdy and flexible. I appreciate that it has the 90 degree plug so that I'm not constantly trying to flex the cord at 'the correct angle' and worrying about striping the cable or putting stress so that it breaks easily. Very happy with the purchase overall.
I recently ordered these cables to try in the car and office, and so far they have done the job well! I like the build quality and especially the stress relief of the Lightning port on the cable. It definitely doesn't seem to want to fall apart. The cable itself has an embossed pattern that looks good and seems to add some flexibility to the cable. You can bend this cable around without feeling like you're risking damage. Would definitely buy again!
Finally someone made the ideal charging cord for using your phone while plugged in. The cord is sturdy but lightweight, and the design keeps the connection area from getting bent and having to be replaced after a couple months. A great value. Highly recommend!

I simply love these cords! These cords are so strong and I don’t get those annoying messages from Apple that they are not compatible! The length is perfect as power outlets don’t ever seem to be located where you need them and with the extra length of these cords it really doesn’t matter plus you can still use your phone or IPad while you have it plugged in to charge. Delivery and packaging was very quick and expertly done. I recommend these cords for anyone looking for charging cords.
