How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I was apprehensive due to the sizing chart and my measurements. My knuckle size indicated a large while my index finger was a medium. I had tried several gloves at my dealership could not find a good. Either the gloves were too tight but fit my fingers fit well or the other way around. I went with tight and good finger fit hoping they would stretch.
They looked amazing when I took them out of the packaging. They fit perfectly across the board, comfortable with my hands and fingers snug. I like the Velcro at the wrist that made it easy to put them on and take them off.
They were fantastic on the road. For my style of riding these are for sure the best gloves I've ever owned.
I am skeptical of all gloves. I've worn gloves my entire career as a firefighter- gloves for structure firefighting, gloves for wildland firefighting, gloves for urban search and rescue, etc , etc. We have different gloves for every occasion. Indie Ridge gloves are some of the most comfortable, out of the package gloves ever. They hold up well, shaped really well for the task and offer great support and comfort. looking forward for longer rides with them. Thanks guys.

Really nice leather gloves for riding. I needed a pair of gauntlet gloves to keep bugs flying up my sleeves and the cold air out of my jacket. There are quality touches like palm padding and knuckle protection that are motorcycle specific but still stylish and comfortable. They also have a great warranty if you ever need it.
Just got them and would recommend sizing down, i am generally large to XL on glivea. Ordered Large and too big around fingers, ordered medium and are tight, but can tell with a little stretch(which they will do) will be perfect.
I really like these gloves. They are well-designed and the quality is very high. They're also very comfortable.
These are very worm gloves, you can use them even for skiing, has hard plastic for your arm to stay safe.
My old pair of gloves many years of service came to an end, due to them being just too worn out and starting to let the cold in. These gloves helped fill a void for my ideal pair of gloves, which is gloves being comfortable, without sacrificing on performance and durability. My old gloves were durable but not warm as rubber is not a good heat insulator. I am enjoy that these gloves are not only warm, but provide great grip and seem to be holding up great. I particularly enjoy the adjustable strap at end of gloves, which make sure they are snug and leave no room for cold air to get in.
Finding a good pair of gloves is tricky, especially with todays motorcyclists needing the ability to access their phone. I use mine for my gps so very limited, but each time these gloves have accurately worked on my iPhone.
First impression, great fit and quality feel. They should offer great crash protection and plenty of warmth for cold morning commutes. Plus a lifetime warranty and personally answered email from the company’s owner is a nice touch rarely seen these days. I will likely be buying more Indie Ridge gloves in the future.
Warm on cool days and easily use the motorcycle controls. The threads are coming loose on the fingers and parts of the knuckles . Still holding together and look good . I just hope they last another season

Gloves match the description. Very warm. As for waterproofing look the road test. About measurement, I took a L corresponding to the measurement chart. Perfect and comfortable. Order joint to target ahead of schedule. Bravissimi.

I was in an accident on the highway (deer popped out right in front of me) and I ended up sliding for a good ways, but these gloves held up wonderfully! Little beat up but still functional
I have a pair of the black gloves from Indie Ridge that I like very much, so thought I'd give these a try. They're similar in that they fit true to size and are comfortable, nicely stitched, and made from high quality leather. They're different in that the leather they're made with is softer and more buttery (where the leather in the black ones is weathered), and the gauntlets are slightly longer. The black ones have more of a rugged feel, where these are more luxurious. Didn't mean to do a double review, but both are extremely comfortable and feel like they'd give solid protection in a crash (a test I'm putting off as long as possible). As with the black, highly recommended. (Note: I don't use my phone with gloves on, so can't comment on how the touch screen stuff works.)

These gloves look great. I researched a countless number of gloves before purchasing and chose these because they are gauntlet gloves with good reviews from people who have laid down their bikes and they look good (I wear a brown leather jacket when I ride in cooler weather). My first impression was that the packaging is incredible - they come in a really nice canvas bag. As far as the gloves go, the brown is true and they look great with my jacket; the knuckles are hidden under the leather, but they are there (I've knocked on damn near everything testing them); and, for the most part, they are comfortable with a good wrist fit for tucking my jacket inside of them. The strap on the wrist doesn't offer a lot of tightening, but the little it does offer is helpful.

I bought these gloves to wear in conjunction with a set of fleece gloves, even when wearing both pairs, the touchscreen works great. The company that made these is absolutely awesome, and they have an awesome warranty & exchange policy! They look exactly like the pictures, and the gloves are true to size.

I've been routinely wearing these in 38-70ish degrees and they've been fantastic. Block out the wind and comfortable as heck. They don't block out all the cold, so once it drops into the low 40s-high 30s I try to limit my ride time, but I'd do that either way. I have enough room to add a warming layer inside, but even without they aren't overly spacious

These gloves comfortable and durable. The is better than most of the no name gloves on Amazon. I have tried quite a few and these are best so far. They smell great, like a quality baseball glove!
Sturdy, good-looking leather riding gloves with a nice medium gauntlet. The touch screen feature works. They are fairly comfortable before break-in, and will no doubt improve with age. They come with a nice drawstring cotton storage bag. Good value, great gloves, and that awesome fresh leather smell.
