How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Had a dead spot in one of the bedrooms. Couldn't stream Netflix or access wifi on the tablet. Took the product out If the box, read the very well written instructions and had instant reception. I have had the unit for several months and it has more than paid for itself. No more dead spot.
I love how easy it was to connect to my router and then connect to my device. We have this located upstairs in our bedroom. The router is located downstairs. The connection works great! No lag in our tv.
I am an intermediate computer user. I am in graphic design, but have no training in IT or computer science. This thing works quite well with my dual channel 5G router.
I added some WiFi security cameras and was having some disconnect issues. Our house is a ranch style and this little booster extended the signal and eliminated the disconnect issue. I have 2 of these, one on each end of my house with router in the middle. Really good reception all over the home and we stream tv on 4 TVs, 3 phones, 2 tablets, 5 WiFi cameras, really big service extension for very little $$$.
Getting it set up didn’t really go as easily as the instructions would lead you to think. There are two methods of connecting and one did absolutely nothing, but once I got it working it seems to be performing perfectly. It shows both 2.4 and 5 gig channels from my router. My wife uses it for teleworking, she has a computer and a telephone hooked up to it and she hasn’t had any connectivity problems. Way better than trying to run a long Ethernet cable down the hallway.

I was looking for a reasonably priced extender with good range to boost the signal in a difficult space. This device was just the item. It was pretty simple to setup and I was thankful for the included setup instructions which reminded me that for best setup I needed to be close to the router to start. Once I had it up and going I moved it to my end use location and was able to get the signal to all the other devices that I needed. They all hooked up easily and have been running well since, which has been for five days so far.
I bought this because I didn't want to run an Ethernet cable through my house but still needed a wired connection on the opposite end. I was able to turn off any of the extension features and use it simply as a wireless bridge. Connecting to the network with WPS was incredibly simple. However, it didn't give me the granularity I wanted. So once it was on the network I identified its IP and used the web interface to complete the configuration. Very simple configuration menu. No challenges or faults I have seen as of yet.

There has always been a dead spot in our wifi for the back half of the house. This product went above and beyond what I was expecting! It was easy to set up, and now we get full bars all throughout the house, and even in the backyard! 5 stars, I definitely recommend!
This product is perfect, and I highly recommend it for anybody who wants to boost signal in a slow part of a house.
It works really well. It helps my spotty rural internet to be more available in all rooms of my house, even the farthest room from the router. I’m very pleased!
After a couple of years of remaining connected to the router even with a low signal, our Generac generator (outdoors about 50 feet from the router) suddenly decided it was not going to connect any more - the signal strength had for some reason dropped to only 22%. Generac recommended this particular model of extender. Was easy to setup and worked like a charm. My generator is back communicating status again. Hooray!

Easy to install and works great
For a while I could not figure out why our data minutes were being used up. Then my daughter finally tells me she has to use data because the wifi does not reach her room. Since i got this item we can keep our data. Easy to install and set up. (since I made her do it all)
With tech support it was very easy to set up. My router is at one end of the house and I put the extender in the middle. It reaches to the other end with no problems. Love it!
I originally bought this device for the sake of extending my wifi network. It serves the purpose of being a secondary ethernet source for my work desktop very well.
Setup could be a challenge to a non-technical person. I use mine to boost the Wi-Fi signal to a Generac home generator for monitoring... works great for that.
This has been a life changer in our house! I am not even remotely tech-savvy and I was amazed how easy to install this was.

I needed a boost to push my WiFi signal so I could reach into my She-Shed. I’ve used this same type for years, so I used it again. No dropped signal so far. And I have a Smart TV in there. Matter of fact, I still have one (an older model) that at least 8 years old, and it’s still working. Super easy to install. Worth the $

This was very easy and straight forward to install and use.
We were having issue with the wifi reaching the second floor of our house, I installed this at the top of the step where it has a decent signal from the original router. This has now filled our second floor with the wifi signal. There is definitely some latency and a little bandwidth lose but it does the job great. We can now use the internet anywhere in the house. The instructions are a bit outdate on their website but eventually I figured it out and haven't had any issue since.
Easy to install and set up. Does what I need for fraction of the cost of my internet providers ones.

Excellent Wi-Fi booster
It was super easy to set up and improved my WiFi signal to my backyard storage building which has a Ring Floodlight Cam that needed a stronger signal. Push button setup took less than 5 minutes and the device solved my signal strength issues.
Decided to buy this product because we have a Netgear router in the basement. Easy set up. Instructions were clear. I am now getting decent internet speed upstairs at the other end of the house.
This item came in in good shape, and was easy to use.
