We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
This is a really neat charging station. Has a spot for all of my Apple devices. The charger is some what slower than a cord BUT if you plan to use this for a charger over night it’s PERFECT! I love how it keeps everything in one spot. It does give the option for the charging pad to be at a higher slant or lower or even flat.
I have had a hard time finding a charger that will charge my iPhone 13 pro max due to the camera lenses being pushed out farther than the back of the phone and one that will charge my AirPods without having to have the lid open and this is the one! Not only does it charge fast, it is also effective having only one charger as opposed to three!
I bought this charging pad because I hated taking out a different charger for every single gadget I have like the phone, the air pods , the watch . This is simple to use and it charges all at once ! Not only is is super compact but it looks super sleek! I truly enjoy the convenience of it and the look . I’m also amaze how well it works for such a good price tag
This wireless charger works even with my velvet caviar phone case on, which is a really thick case. I love the option to make it compact and easy for traveling, instead of bringing extra cords for my devices. This also makes a great gift for anyone! Would definitely repurchase for a family member or friend.
I bought one of these to organize my night stand at home. It is a game changer. I can charge all my phone products at the same location. For those of you who are like me and use your phone as an alarm, you will love how it holds the phone upright so that you can see the alarm making it easy to turn off... or hit snooze again... ;-) I love this product so much, I bought one for each person in my house and for my work desk.

It charges my AirPods perfectly. I know that my AirPods are charging because there is a tiny dot that lights up when the headphones are charging. It’s not a bright light at all and won’t be keeping you up at night.

I have 15 days with this product and so far it fulfills what was promised perfectly for my 3 Apple devices, the light shone a little but I just put a piece of tape on it and that's it. Perfect.

I am delighted to say that everything I expected from this product turned out to be great. Every night I plug my Apple Watch Series 4, Airpods Pro, Apple Pencil, and iPhone XR in, and everything is ready to go by the time I wake up. Not a single issue with either speed or efficiency. I highly recommend this product. Eliminated the need for a bunch of wires to charge my phone, watch air pods combo. I was afraid of not being able to use the phone while charging, but it charges my phone very fast. If you update your phone every couple years, you should never have a charging issue. I ended up buying one for everyone in my family.
Wish the price was a little better but all in all it’s great. No long pieces to break during travel
