How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Areagoods.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.areagoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Arrived well, as described in the ad, very good the images.
The box is slightly dented and everything inside is intact, until I have completely figured out how to connect via cable works via Wi-Fi has not yet understood. For my money it's probably worth 100% things
Excellent camera very good image, easy to set up and use. The cell app works beautifully you can control and monitor remotely from another city what happens in your home, in addition to storage you can use your mobile device's memory or an SD card I don't find it necessary to pay for cloud storage, it's over. Besides seeing you can also hear in real time what happens in your home. I totally recommend this very good camera. Also mention the delivery speed only 10 days counted since the purchase was made.
This camera is great! I started working full time and we wanted to try and leave our dogs out of their cage but didn’t know how they’d react to being alone for so long. We didn’t want to spend the money on the name brand dog camera so we tried this one out and it’s awesome. It doesn’t connect to 5g network, only 2g, so it took us a second to set up but after that hiccup it was super simple! The rotation is great plus the picture quality and night vision is great. The motion detection is very sensitive, though! Which I guess is a good thing but sometimes if my dogs are walking around, I’m getting notifications literally every 2 seconds even with the lowest detection setting. Overall, we have had no issues with it though. 10/10.
I bought these cameras almost a year ago. I have had some connectivity issues and had some trouble getting through to customer service. It turned out to be a special holidayfor them. Once I got a response from a customer support person, they were very very very supportive in helping me figure out what problems I had. They had absolute concern for my satisfaction as a customer. These cameras have been amazing overall. They have a great picture, support micro sd card, have night vision and some personalization options like alerts with motion and turning on and off the led light. I highly recommend these cameras! I feel much safer in my home with them!

Buy three cameras and for now very happy. Fair and good quality for exterior of a home. Connected to yours and NAS for recording by onvif mode. The adapter looks good quality. I liked them a lot.
This is my third camera to watch over my handicapped mom who lives alone .I bought a camera in each room to watch her day and night.lot of times I use the microphone to talk to her if her cell phone is away.i recommend this camera to watch over your kids or your elderly if you are not home.Also customer service is great.I upgraded my internet so the camera was not supported, I contact customer service and they advised me to set a guest account at a lower speed then they followed up to make sure problem is solved.
Wow.......this camera works much better than I expected and the picture quality is actually quite good. The set up was easy. My wife and I downloaded the app to our iPhones (SE and 13 Pro), entered the required info and we able to view the area where we put the camera. I did not not install a SD card nor opt for any cloud storage. We are fine with the set up we have. We like this camera so much I purchased another one and received it 2 days ago. We will set it up and then having viewing capability in 2 areas of our home to watch our dog.
It was easy to set up, the instructions were very helpful, and it's doing exactly what we wanted. It's nice to be able to set the sensitivity, the resolution is great. I also like that you can hear what's going on in the area the camera has been placed. Highly recommend!
I had not ordered a camera for a long time thinking it would be too difficult to set up. My brother has 4 of these cameras and convinced me to finally order one. I am so happy I did. The set up was easy, it includes step by step instructions. I am shocked how clear the camera/video images are. There is a night vision built in and even that mode produces excellent clear images and/or videos.
My wife and I bought these after a health scare for one of our cats. We needed to be able to monitor her while we were away and review footage from while we slept so that we could treat her effectively. These were exactly what we needed at a price that made them accessible. The picture and audio are clear, the motion detection alerts work perfectly for reviewing footage, the set up was so simple, we can both view the cameras from our phones, and setting them up took less than 10 minutes each (we bought 3) Eventually we will add more to our home network, to monitor the front and back doors. It has been a few weeks and we have had no issues so far!

It comes quickly. Surprisingly, the box is only slightly squeezed. Integrity can be seen in the photos. There is no problem connecting. About the picture quality, tested the connection in the apartment, the picture is not bad

I got this to capture the antics of our many kitties. The pictures are so clear and the color is just perfect. This is a great little camera. It catches everything, every little motion. I didn't realize how busy my cats were til we got this camera. I would highly recommend it, very clear pictures and videos. Just the right size too.
We originally bought this camera to watch our new puppy while at work, and three years later are still using it, now as a baby monitor! If you're debating buying this camera, do it now it's great and very affordable, especially compared to other baby monitors. The best feature is that the camera gives you 360° of video. Our baby is on a floor bed and this allows us to track her all throughout he nursery while she settles down for bed. Other baby monitors (especially wifi) seem to only have stationary cameras. Excellent night vision and we have never had any connectivity issues or app issues. Highly recommend.
I like this camera, for such cheap price but with high quality and surprised features; you don’t need to buy cloud storage, the screenshot is not photos but 10s video, the alerts is sensitive that you can catch all the motions; and you can talk by the camera which surprise my dog …
Got this because my father had a severe stroke and will be living with me from now on. He needs to be supervised 24:7 and needs minimal assistance with everything. I needed a camera that offered motion detection and alerts, had live viewing, and the other features are bonuses. The first camera I bought didn’t have true love viewing, or it had connection issues and constantly buffered, but every time I tried to watch the camera feed, it was minutes behind and stuck on the same image. This camera detects movement practically right away, maybe a few milliseconds delay, and I can open the app and see exactly what’s going on with no delays or snippets. Truly a great deal!
We occasionally need to "reset" a camera but all in all they work well. A friend recommended the camera and has since purchased a few more to his home. We purchased five and set them up at strategic location in our home and garage. Night vision is good but during the day with the room getting light through the windows - it is excellent.
For the price, it’s a really good security system. Picture quality is surprisingly not that bad. Sometimes i hear an echo when I look at them in real time, but I’m unsure if its my wifi or actual camera. I was able to hide them since they’re kinda small too. If you don’t want to go with the fancy security cameras, then these are it.
We have this camera for a while now and can say that this is one of the best cameras I have had in the past. It is easy to set up and the app I use with camera is very user friendly. The price is also very affordable comparing to other big brands. No subscription needes and that is the big plus!!!!! The quality of the videos is out of this world!!! Loving it so far
Very easy set up, so far works well. Bought it to watch the basement after it was flooded. I can see what's going on there very well and can pan it to 320 degrees to see it all if needed. Not sure how it will react to water flow though as it is designed to detect movement. It alarms on light change, so hope it will work.
I really like the night vision infrared and speaker features. I really like getting notifications when there is movement in my room. The camera will record the movement to review. A great hi-def color picture is the cherry on top.
I needed a video camera to cover the entire dining room and living room when I'm away from home. Well... this camera does a great job! The lens is capable of covering the 40 feet depth of the area, with exceptional color and sharpness! Installing the camera on my cell phone was easy and has the audio for the area as well! The camera is compact and blended in well with the environment.
I have purchased two of these cameras. One for monitoring my birds activities and one to monitor my driveway. The picture quality of the cameras are amazing. Very clear. The movement of the camera covers a wide area. Very easy to see up. I highly recommend these cameras.
